This house is magical! So much space to spread out and enjoy time together or have some quiet time. Lovely backyard with fire pit. Kitchen was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our Thanksgiving feast. Bill and Alex both responded quickly to communications and were very kind. We’ll definitely stay here again!
It looks charming from the outside, but inside is charming and so much more.

Great place for large groups

The property was super cool and super clean. The beds and linens were all comfortable and smelled great. There was plenty of space for everyone. A/C worked great. Sound system was awesome.

Great place for a retreat

Our small department had a retreat and this space was perfect. Had multiple places to hang out and break into smaller groups. Rooms were clean, well appointed, and laid out to offer privacy for each person. Kitchen was well stocked. Sounds system was great. Outdoor space and fire pit were nice. Only criticism would be we didn't know how to turn on the big fan to move some warm air around (and asked). If looking for unique accommodations near downtown, don't pass on this place!

Fabulous Property

This property is unique and as great as advertised. Owner was attentive & easy to work with. Spent Christmas with extended family and property was well appointed and had everything we needed. Plenty of space for family of all ages. Highly recommend.

Unique and memorable venue

We had a large group stay here for a friends weekend. Fun, unique and memorable property that was an instant hit as soon as guests stepped inside. Communication with the property manager was great (many amenities are controlled by apps on an iPad) and helpful. Would stay here again!

Awesome Spot

Everything about this place was as advertised and there is so much space to hang out and entertain. Plenty of rooms, bathrooms, outdoor space, everything you could need. Property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. Can't say a bad thing about it. Would highly recommend.

Great House For Guys Weekend

Had an awesome time at the house. Perfect for hanging out in the backyard/living room, playing games and enjoying the space. Projector tv with whole house audio was ideal for March Madness.

Great for large get together

We had a fabulous time staying at this place. It was a short walk to catch the train for a trip to Coors Field. There was ample parking for guests that drove in. The outdoor area was also great.

Phenomenal Place

We stayed here for my Bachelor party and Alex was an amazing host. He was super helpful and upfront about the rules and restrictions. He was always available via text if I had any quick questions and he was very responsive. The Sanctuary, because its more than a house, was amazing, better than the pictures. The place is massive and in a great location to get around to town or just stay and hang at the church. I had about 16 guys out and the only thing I would have brought was a few more blankets. Everything else was beyond my expectations. I will definitely find an excuse to rent this place again.

Incredible place. Incredible Host.

Took six couples to this spot who have never travelled together. Risky, I know, but the place was perfect for it. Lots of space to sit and relax, our own well appointed bedrooms and bathrooms (nobody sleeping in a kids bed,etc) Can't recommend highly enough how great the spot and host were. We asked for help with a few items (limo, chef, closest liquor store, etc) and the host was all over it. The place was full of character and it showed the amount of love and investment that was made.

Perfect spot for a small work event

We had a company work event here with about 12 people and it worked out great. Super cool spot with a lot of personality! The projector in the main area was very convent to teach on and the technology top of the line. Our host was great! He promptly helped fix a fire alarm, that was very high up and needed a new battery, in the evening. I wanted to serve doughnuts in the basement (a church memory as a kid) so I went and got voodoo doughnuts which is close. We actually ate them upstairs but they were delightful. Along with Illegal Petes catering, which is also close to the location, we had a successful event. Thank you for the hospitality.
