"We loved our stay in this home. It's beautifully laid out. Very clean and within a couple minute walk to downtown and dozens of things golden offers. The host was incredibly responsive to any questions we had and made our stay fantastic. While there we had friends over. We were able to host family and friends in the beautiful private backyard and in the house with use of the well-equipt kitchen and outdoor grill. I highly recommend this home. "

"This is the perfect spot to stay in Olde Town Arvada. I stayed alone for a month. Walked miles and miles every day. Always felt safe. Lots of entertainment and exercise opportunities at the park next door. Great bars and restaurants in walking distance. Hosts were attentive and helpful. Hope to visit again soon. Thank you!"

"What an awesome place! We were in town for my daughter’s wedding with several guests coming in from across the country. This place is the ideal size with lots of room allowing for both friends to gather and folks to get enjoy quiet time. It’s the perfect location with easy access to the lake and downtown evergreen. The host is very friendly and very responsive. Highly recommend. "

"This lovely home is one of the best VRBOs we have enjoyed. It was beautifully appointed, clean, and very cozy.
