Thank you Jerry for your feedback. I do apologize you felt housekeeping was trying to get you out the door. We have guests that leave without checking out so housekeeping has to knock on the doors before going in to verify the room is empty. In the future calling the desk to let us know you will be in the room till checkout time so we can communicate that to the housekeeping department would keep them from knocking on your door. I looked into the situation you mentioned and found that we were also getting noise complaints from the girl's room and also, they had been running in the hallways. This would be why the clerk was looking to find out who they were here with. I do apologize if she came across as rude or anything to your group while you were staying with us. That was not her aim she was trying to keep the environment cohesive for all guests to be able to relax. we wish you the best in your future travel!
