We couldn’t have asked for a better place to gather family for the holiday. The home is open, clean, spacious & beautiful with so many fantastic amenities to enjoy. Everything was stocked with everything we needed & the host was amazingly quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again for future trips to Colorado

This space was able to accommodate 3 families with plenty of room. The response time from them was EXCELLENT. I would suggest a new rug in the one room upstairs as it was very stained looking as well as the basement had a couple HUGE stain spots. Also the basement had several dead bugs around the edges of the floors down there. The kitchen trash can is very small, especially accommodating this many people. The volleyball area outside was a great fun way to entertain each other. There is a hammock that has a rip in it. So that needs to be replaced. The neighborhood is a bit older but well kept. Beds are VERY comfortable.

Big space, responsive property manager

Great bones and great potential, just needs some attention to detail. Big space with enough room for our family reunion but the kitchen was not set up for more than 3 people. The property manager was quick to respond with items that were missing (we had 1 kitchen towel, no oven mitts, very few utensils) but we shouldn’t have had to ask for these.FYI for future visitors - the bunk room bedroom doesn’t have a door and the downstair’s shower floor was sketchy. Perhaps it is in the middle of being renovated? Regardless of the shower flooring, I was unable to get hot water from that shower but fortunately the upstairs shower was available. Bring your own darts (the ones available were trash), blankets and directions for the hot tub (if you want to increase the temperature- we were unable). On the plus side - spacious, clean, plenty of towels and helpful property management.

Good experience

Overall everything went well. Just a few things. Couches had a few holes with springs popping out. Dishwasher was broken but you were on it immediately- my fault for not getting it installed in a day. Kitchen well stocked except for utensils. Only 8 forks. Needed 11. Could also use a few more blankets but overall we enjoyed our stay. It allowed my family to be altogether for a family funeral. Thank you!

Excellent Service

It was my first time using this app and I was afraid to have bad experience but it turns into a great experience the house it’s beautiful inside and out the neighborhood it’s safe and quiet, we didn’t have any issues in the house the air conditioning was working fine, bedrooms nice and clean , kitchen clean and had everything you need for the next day . I 100% recommend this beautiful place .ans I look forward to stay again soon

Really great house for a family. The check in email got snagged by my spam filter so that was a small hiccup but everything else was great. Bring/buy paper towels or napkins -- there were not any on the property during our stay. We stayed here for Water World and it was perfect, just eight minutes away.

Family vacation

We were seven adults but generally had a total of 12 people at the house. The bedrooms were comfortable, the living space was excellent for our large group. We had an issue the second day that the owner handled extremely rapidly despite the fact that it was Sunday of Christmas weekend. Convenient to all areas as it is close to the highway. Very quiet neighborhood. We had great weather and the backyard offered a fire pit, Jenga and corn hole. There was plenty of room to kick the soccer ball around. Kitchen was very well stocked. Recommended to all.
