Boulder Wedding
Property just as described. Lots of room for large family. Big spacious kitchen, great for cooking and hanging out. Having three bathrooms was a dream. Nice big backyard. Close to airport, Boulder and Denver! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, but needs work
This property would have greater potential with some more minor upgrades and an interior decorator. Pros: There is a lot of space, which initially made this home a great pick for us. It's about 15 min from Denver, which worked for our family. Cons: Upon arrival, there were a few things that caught our attention. The living area sofa, looked worn in one area really bad. The 1st bedroom ceiling light was very dim. I read in a previous review that there was an issue with the light, but figured it would be fixed. In the master bedroom, there is not a light in the shower. Although the paint in the house looks professionally done, the sealing around the windows were horrible. It looks like a toddler used their fingers to smooth putty around each window. There was a door that was off the hinges in the basement. The kitchen countertop had burned marks on them. During our stay, pest control arrived unknowingly, while my aunt sat outside. It frightened her being that we wasn't expecting anyone. This led to whatever that was outside, trying to come in and us having to kill two nice size spiders. Lastly, during our stay, the basement's toilet chain broke.I contacted the property manager who immediately said someone would be out that day. The repair person arrived the night before we left, therefore we were without one working toilet for 2 complete days and whoever slept downstairs had to go upstairs to use the working ones.Having 3 kids traveling, having 3 bathrooms was a necessity .

Spacious House for large families
Overall good stay for our wedding weekend stay. Three families and plenty of space. Small bedrooms and bathrooms, but workable. Backyard is NOT fenced all the way around, so couldn't leave the dogs outside. Everything is in working order (AC, kitchen stuff, bathrooms) and enough hot water for everyone. House looks like it was a home remodeling job, not super professionally done, so not really a luxury stay. Very functional for large groups needing to stay in the Berkeley area.

Long Weekend
Nice house for large groups. Area is a bit out of the way but, good for back yard chilling, and 15 min. Uber to most neighborhoods in the Denver area, etc. No basketball hoops as shown in the photos.

WARNING - Property was not as advertised!! BEWARE!!
Our party of 9 arrived and found the home to be on a very busy street, a/c set at 82 very hot, home not clean at all. Park like advertised backyard was overgrown, grill filthy, outdoor chairs torn, sun room musty smelling!! Bathtub had water, suds and hair still after cleaners cleaned! Exterminator just walked in the supposed locked door the next morning. Only able to stay one night, owner seemed responsive at first and fired exterminator but told me I was exaggerating the condition and refused a refund!! We were only able to stay one night, so the cost was excessive for overall condition of the house. Guess owners are all about money making excuses it was VRBO fees and not willing to reimburse us because they didn’t think house “was that bad”….their words. Disgusting how people can take advantage of others! Do yourself a favor and DONT BOOK THIS PLACE!! First bad experience we have ever, ever had!! Owner also told me never to contact him again, very professional.

AC restrictions
The AC kept returning to 77 degrees after 2 hours. We slept during the night for only 2 hours at a time before we were woken up by the 77 degree house. The first room to the left (full size bed) the ceiling light has a short. The light kept flickering or just completely turning off so I opted not to turn the light on again in the room. Thank goodness there was a lamp in the room. Kitchen was very room for 5 adults cooking, family room was very roomy for all to enjoy. Bonus room on bottom was very room for the kiddos to watch TV and play board games. mari

Family getaway
House was very spacious however cabinet drawer was broken along with a cabinet door. burn hole in counter & macaroni noodles were left on kitchen floor from previous renters. Over all place and area was perfect for us.

Great Rental for Large Group
Was looking for a rental for a large group (9 people) for a buddy’s bachelor party and happened upon this property. The local area itself didn’t have much going for it but the distance from LoDo and Arvada made it the ideal place to be. When we got there it was in great condition and my friends actually gave me props for finding the place. The property manager was always in contact if we had any issues such as WiFi being down or the thermostat not working. If you’re looking for a rental for a weekend and have a large party this spot is more than enough.

Holiday family get together
The property was great and even bigger than I was expecting. Easily accommodated 10 adults comfortably without any issues. We only had one small issue when the Nest AC unit went blank for a few hours during the extreme cold snap (low battery/updating?) during which the host was extremely responsive and arranged for a repairman to come by (which was not needed as the unit fixed itself). Overall had an amazing stay and would easily do it all over again.

Spacious with good location
The place was great for our big family. Lots of space. The kitchen could use more cook wear, and cleaning supplies. It was cold but we still had a bone fire, and it was comfortable. The host was great with accommodating our requests. Wished the outside garbage bins had been emptied. A place can never be “perfect” but it was nice and I’d recommend.

We recently visited Denver for a bachelor party and wanted a place with a nice yard and accessibility to downtown fairly quickly and this property gave us that. If you have a large group you are traveling with I highly recommend.

Looks Like The Pictures
Me and some of my girlfriends got together to do a staycation. The home looks exactly like the pictures and we were all very excited to be there. There is a master bedroom with a king bed and bathroom. There are 2 rooms with queen beds and one room with a full/queen bunk bed. Everyone slept comfortably. Backyard was awesome. We used the fire pit and laid out on the grass sunbathing and napping. The house was cleaned pretty well. I had to reach out to the owner at one point and he was super responsive.

This house was very misrepresented.
The house was dirty and had a lot of damage. The couch in the living room was broken in two places. The front door was flimsy and the lock was hard to use and not secure. The online pictures were WAY nicer than the house itself. There was a garbage bag taped over a window in the basement. There were dirty cosmetic items under one of the beds. The window sills in almost every window had dead bugs and dirt on them. The pictures online made the house look so nice and upon walking into the house, we were so disappointed. Cabinet doors were hanging off in the kitchen. The garbage can in the kitchen was FILTHY inside and out. This listing should be pulled or the owners should be required to update their pictures to show the current state of the house.

Thanksgiving Weekend
Overall, the property was in good shape and a great option for hosting our extended family for the Thanksgiving weekend. However, the inside of the oven was so dirty upon our arrival that it quickly began smoking and small fire started when we preheated it for Thanksgiving meal prep. Luckily it went out after turning the oven off, but I can’t help but think what might have happened had we not been as attentive. This rendered the kitchen useless for us for Thanksgiving, which was a major inconvenience. Given the high cost of cleaning fees for vacation rentals, I would expect thorough cleanliness of all areas of the home, particularly those that impact safety. We notified the property owners via the app during our stay to notify them of the situation but never received a response. This was very disappointing given that aside from this situation, our stay would have been great. It also leaves us concerned that, if left unaddressed, this is a major safety risk to future guests.

Nice house with lots of room for guests.
We enjoyed the property. Lots of towels and dishes for a big group. Extra fridge is very helpful. Plenty of different areas to hang out. Could improve the big back yard with lighting and more seating ands tables. Outdoor living area would improve the rental and could possibly charge more per night. Also, maybe two coffee makers for big groups. Coffee maker is very slow too. All in all it worked out great for our group!

Good stay
It was a nice house. Pros: They were nice and let us in a little early, good backyard, plenty of space. Cons: Several lightbulbs in the living area out (lighting all around was pretty poor), the house never cooled down (something up with the A/C unit I suspect). Overall a fine stay, but feel like for the price, those things should get fixed.

Nice place, spacious
Great home with lots of space. Our teens loved the basement area as it was their domain when we were there. The AC struggled somewhat, but was tolerable. Location was okay, but not ideal for what we were doing. The area wasn’t the best, but we made it work.

My experience is not great
The property was clean inside, garage and backyard are in awe full state. Door was not latching to doorframe exactly. Could use more pots and pans in kitchen. TV and cable channels are good. Air conditioning is not very well designed for this property as basement gets super cool and main floor is super hot for most of the afternoon. The bathroom in the bedroom where king bed is does not have vent fan and the shower does not have any light in it. Despite Denver having good summer temperatures no fans were installed or even stand fans were provided. Could have provided more towels and other sleeping blankets. Overall it’s not good experience.

Overall enjoyed our stay.
We stayed for three nights with six children and four adults and our two dogs, the property is very nicely decorated and spacious with all the amenities you need. The bedrooms are nice and the bathrooms too. The kitchen is perfect for cooking and I love that there is a washer and dryer! The basement was perfect for all the kids and had plenty of room. The backyard didn’t have the basketball goal which was a disappointment for the boys and I wish it was fully fenced in so I could let the dogs out. This house is about 15 minutes from downtown and close to gas stations and grocery stores as well as a nature trail across the street. Overall I would recommend this property.

Very clean property. We had a big group stay here and it was roomy and comfortable. Kitchen was big and had about every utensil you needed to cook so that was a plus. The back room wasn’t very warm it was super cold and humid but very roomy. There was also one pull out couch not two but it was okay. Overall it’s worth it!

Misrepresented
This house is woefully misrepresented. It’s in complete disrepair and the back porch smells of smoke. Light bulbs were out, the tub did not hold water and could not give children a bath, and lighting down the stairs to basement was sketchy at best. The master bed had a plastic mattress cover on it, that made us sweat. The kitchen sink was missing the rubber cover for the garbage disposal which posed a safety hazard and the garage door was broken and not hooked up. We were asked to put out the trash but when we went to place trash in the bins prior to taking them to the curb, they were full!!!! Two large rolling trash cans and one recycle bin. It was not worth the $$$ we were charged between Christmas and New Years. We felt financially gouged by the owner.

Hi Valerie, thank you for the feedback. We try to give many high definition photos of the home and try to represent the home as accurate as possible. We do have professional cleaners and we ourselves walk the home in between each booking and we have never had a smoke smell, so we are truly sorry you experienced that. We do have mattress protectors on each mattress that are cleaned regularly. We have reviewed all your feedback on the concerns for safety hazards and appreciate the detail you provided. Thank you for accommodating us and helping with the trash, we did have a family celebrate Christmas here the day before your arrival which fell before the next trash pick up and we can imagine they had a lot of trash and apologize you had to roll those out. Again, we appreciate the feedback and thank you for staying with us.

Home larger that it appears
The house was very clean and spacious. Plenty of rooms, beds and bathrooms. The outdoor area is very large. Loved the house and the decor was very nice. Couches and beds were very comfortable. Several problems outside from the prior tenant(few cigars on the ground, several spots with dog waste, overflowing recycling bin and sprinklers running for 3 hours). Most of these were handled very promptly by the property management. Gas and food stores within 1 mile. Overall, very enjoyable. Very comfortable for a large group. We were expecting more people for a local wedding. We only had 8 people, but several more could very comfortable stay there. Had several people stop by and they all said the house was very nice. Very spacious basement with 1 bedroom and bathroom. Several additional spaces for people to sleep as well.

Better Than A Hotel
Ryan and Ashleigh were professional and great Hosts. They had good communication and me questions were answered fast and thorough. They made check in very easy and with keypads, it didn’t matter when I arrived. The house was very clean and had tons of space. The neighborhood was quiet and the reservoir across the street was beautiful. The updates and remodel was very nice and you can tell a lot of thought went into the decoration. The beds were comfortable (which is a nice for someone with back issues). The sheets and towels were clean and soft. I had everything I needed to feel at home. The house is a short distance to whatever you need including good restaurants and the grocery store. I would absolutely come stay again.
