DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE! There was a problem from the beginning! From a misunderstanding and overcharged for the amount of people that were staying,to getting the refund was not easy!It took several attempts after I wasn’t refunded the full amount initially! The ADVERTISED free wine was delivered after calling, but we didn’t know there was a broken wine opener to use and had to buy one.The ADVERTISED fireplace- DID NOT WORK!The ADVERTISED Jacuzzi -HAD NO WATER IN IT but I kept getting emails to shower before use so I assumed it had water ! On day three of our five day stay we were ready to use the jacuzzi and noticed it empty.When I called the contact number and also sent a message via the Vrbo site. I was told someone would be out there “tomorrow.”When tomorrow came, someone showed up at noon and the water was still not warm by 10 PM so we were not able to use the Jacuzzi before checking out the following morning.I could go on and on about many things. The games in the “game room”AKA-the cold garage, with one small heater that didn’t heat 10 feet!The basketballs were deflated and the games that required batteries didn’t have batteries and all were outdated.The entire house was dusty,found water bottles, food, kids art work, backyard a mess.I don’t think a “host” exists. She has a company called “Golden-Lotus-Homestay” responding.KEEP SEARCHING,THIS ISNT IT!DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE!
