This was perfect when I had an Airbnb mix up flying in. Only thing I didn’t like was having to pay for a shuttle to take me to the airport. Otherwise everything was perfect!

The bathroom was disgusting as there was hair all over the shower, the toilet wasn’t cleaned, and you can tell nothing had been wiped down. I was told to put the parking permit in my car, but there had been men outside cat calling me as I was walking in. I talked to the lady at the front desk and told me she didn’t care and that I needed to put the permit in my car regardless. I told her I felt unsafe doing so and she told me my car would be towed.

The hotel charged us $8.00 to park our car there for just overnight. This was in addition to the cost of the hotel. I think think this is rediculous , to charge for a vehicle. We borrowed the luggage cart to take our bags to our room. We had just gotten to our room and the front desk called and in a rude voice said are you going to bring the cart down, we do have other people here!” We will not stay here again.

Waited 10 min for front desk check in. Once the person showed up, was rude and very short with us. He didnt give a fu@k about us or us waiting. Came back second time ans same situation again. The attention to cleanliness was noticeable. Limited breakfast choices if vegetarian or vegan. Brought my own bread and would have been nice to be able to toast it.

Did not like paying for parking when I paid for my room. I wasn’t leaving my car I stayed over night. Should only have to pay for parking if you are leaving it for more than a night . It’s ridiculous

Stayed 1 night for an early flight the next day. We did require a late check in (10:30) which was easy to arrange, but the desk staff at that time were not very friendly or helpful. However the night clerk (Gavin?) was amazing! He was really helpful and went beyond what we expected at 4 in morning. The room as basic and suited for a one night stay. Also there was a parking fee, which I was not aware of.
