The house was located close to where we were visiting family. It was in a nice neighborhood where we could walk for exercise. The living area is downstairs which is a bit inconvenient but manageable.

Softball stay

The house was great for sleeping but that’s about it. There was very little kitchen items, house advertised a patio with no patio furniture or grill… there’s one tv in the whole house …. And the living area is downstairs. The layout is a little awkward, but manageable and bathrooms are small. There isn’t any storage in bedrooms for long stays and we were there for a full week so you hang it up or live out of your suitcase. Beds were comfy

Great House in Northglenn

Stayed in this VRBO for a week for my 50th birthday. Very cozy! I grew up in the neighborhood, so it was really close to my family’s house. It was very spacious. The one car garage was a bonus due to weather. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you

Northglenn Home

This property suited our needs adequately. The house was clean and ready for us at check-in. The beds were comfortable, although the sectional sofa and trundle bed were lumpy and uncomfortable. The front room has only dining furniture - no other "living room" furniture. That was only downstairs in the basement. This ensures that there are no "gatherings" which the landlord forbids, I suppose. Little things need to be attended to: the front storm door closure- the hydralics are broken so the door not only doesn't close automatically, it can only be pulled with force, which has loosened the handle. the upstairs bedroom fan/light has no chain to turn off the fan, so that the switch turns on the light AND the fan which is on high speed - not needed in winter! Some hangers would be nice. Some shelves in the closets would make it nice to unpack suitcases.

A lot of beds!

If you plan on visiting and have a busy schedule outside the house then this place is perfect. Very clean and well kept. Property manager is very quick to respond. There aren’t many places to lounge around inside so it’s not a place you will want to stay in for a long period of time with multiple people. Oh and make sure if you plan on having visitors to make it known when you book since guests are not allowed.

Great house in a good location

House was very accurate to the pictures: plenty of space for a large group, good-sized kitchen and dining room, and a nice area in the basement for hanging out. All the appliances worked well, check-in and check-out were very smooth, and while the yard isn't particularly impressive it was really nice to have the outdoor space. Neighborhood felt safe and the location (nearby shops and light-rail station) was convenient. Would definitely recommend this property.

We liked it.

Aside for not being about to get into the property after a very long trip and dealing with bad smoke detector batteries...we did have a nice stay. At least they did respond quickly to help us figure out another way in. But that first experience was tough. I does have a lot of bathrooms...WiFi excellent...TV a little difficult to use and no standard channels. Otherwise...yes...we'd stay there again.

Good overall

Good overall stay and the location was very convenient for our party. We had 6 adults for our 3 night stay along with 1 extra adult for 1 night. Extra towels would have been nice along with extra toilet paper. Appliances were nice and having washer and dryer was very helpful.
