El espacio es bastante cómodo, Perfecto para una estadía corta, todo estaba limpio y organizado. el Host muy amable y comunicativo el único detalle es que después de un día largo , dormir en esa cama fue lo peor. Súper incómodo.

Lovely Little Spot
This is a return visit to this location. I absolutely cannot say enough good things. I come in for a dog show over a weekend each year. It is in a convenient, safe location. The place is clean, comfortable and affordable! I will absolutely reccomend this place, as well as always stay again when I'm in the area.

I would not rent to this person ever again had multiple people coming and going all hours of the night. Did not follow house rules while different people stayed without permission. Definitely made us feel super uncomfortable with all the unnecessary traffic. Place was cleaned and liens were washed. This guest also was not the cleanest. They left trash left all over the floor, took a little extra cleaning after guest checked out.

Super Friendly and Gorgeous Location
I very much enjoyed the stay, and the hostess was super kind, which was very appreciated. She even added on an extra day to my stay when I realized that I had messed up my train ticket. I'd recommend this location to anyone needing a place to stay for a short period of time. It IS only 3 rooms, but it is still very efficient.

Denver Vacation
I am so pleased with my stay! I had the opportunity to meet our host who were the most congenial people. The property was exactly as described except for the location which was not actually in Commerce City but just a bit North and West. Other than adding just a *few* minutes (5 or so min.) of drive time into the city, I would "HIGHLY" recommend this property to all looking for privacy, cleanliness and comfort! Great neighborhood, easy in and out! I would definitely book this home again!!!! Loved it - THANK YOU sooo much!.

Nice place to get a night's sleep before/after a flight
It's really just a bathroom and a bed, which is all I really needed. If you're anticipating more room (desk, loveseat, etc) you won't be happy, but if you just need a place to take a nice shower and watch a little TV or laptop on the bed before going to sleep, it's exactly what you need.

Great spot for a couple
This spot was perfect for my wife and I’s weekend trip to Colorado. Would also be a great for a couple with a small child. Big bed, nice bathroom and shower. Great spot at a great price!

Bare bones room
The room was clean; communication was great. Host was extremely pleasant to deal with. But it is a bare bones, no-extras room and bathroom only (no sitting area). If there was some attention to detail, I would have given it 5 stars. (Example: there were no tissues, only one set of towels, no decorations to make it feel homey). If you just need a bed and shower, this will be just fine. Listing does say it will sleep 3; however, I see no physical way that would be possible due to the size of the room. Despite all this, I would stay again.

Exactly as advertised, exactly what was needed
Came to Denver from Seattle for weeklong softball tournament for my 15yr old daughter. Due to availability, we stayed in the VRBO the first half of the week, then a hotel the remaining half. Home Away accommodations in Commerce City suited our needs perfectly, plus some… All we needed was a comfy bed and a hot shower, but we also got access to all the basic amenities one comes to expect in a hotel- coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge (w/freezer- super useful!), tv, iron/ironing board, toiletries, fan, and designated parking spot, even a small snack- all of that, NOT at a hotel price, but at a more than reasonable rate! Host was professional and attentive- checked in with me prior to arrival, and let me know immediately that I left a cord after check out… all around great place, could definitely stay again for softball. Maybe not a place for a romantic getaway… walls aren’t completely sound proof, could hear other guests/residents, but not in a disturbance way, just an awareness that you’re not alone.. so keep that in mind and plan accordingly! :) Thank you!

Cozy private bed and bathroom - just what the title says
The host was very friendly and helpful and was always present when needed and not obtrusive at all, only saw them when I had questions. Keep in mind this is just a bedroom and bath, not a whole house so I would only travel with 1-2 people in mind for here. I definitely would come back if I am ever in Denver again!

Perfect Little Accomidation
This was my sevind visit to this property, and I couldn't have been happier with my stay. I come in to attend a dog show, the place is a comfortable and clean place to rest our heads who happily welcome the dogs. The location couldn't be more convenient to the dog show site. Will happily stay again!

Overall pleasant stay. Only downfall, was the plug in . Very sensitive to those and it was very difficult to sleep due the strong smell in such a small area.

Doesn't accomodate 4 people.
It's written explicitly in the description that it accommodates 4 people. Upon arrival I was shocked to see how small it was. While the size wasn't an issue for my wife and I, it would definitely be for a family or group of 4. It is extremely small, partly because the bed is too large for the bedroom. I also assumed there would be at least a kitchenette. It, however, only has a Keurig, microwave, and mini fridge. This rental is good for a couple who are staying for few nights, or primarily need a place to shower and sleep. Finally, it was extremely clean. Which made us happy! It was a reminder to read the descriptions carefully. Also, pay attention to the photo shown.

Very comfortable, clean, and convenient!
Host was very quick with responses, friendly, and our stay was very comfortable and just what we needed! Though it was a smaller area, it was very spacey and clean with a mini-fridge and microwave! Even free snacks, disposable plates/silvereare, and towels/washcloths in the bathroom! Would highly recommend!

Returning from family vacation
Close to airport and was able to pre schedule a lyft ride at 7 am without a problem, nice and quiet neighborhood. The hosts were wonderful and responded immediately. The bed sheets were very nice as well. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but also not the worse I've ever slept on, could just be a personal preference thing, as I did sleep and could move the next morning. Cleanliness was ok, a couple minor things, could've been one of those days and it got overlooked, we've all had those days. Overall good experience.

Perfect Rest Stop for Road Trip
My boyfriend and I were traveling from Nevada to IL with our two dogs for the first time and needed someplace to stop to rest for the night without going to a hotel (our dogs are very shy around new people, so a hotel would have been a nightmare). Had front-door access to a small foyer with a mini fridge and keurig/coffee, a bathroom with shower (good size), and a bedroom that could comfortably fit two medium sized kennels. There was also a spot around the corner that we could walk the dogs to, it had a station with poop bags and a trash can. A bedroom fan and small tv were also available. Nice neighborhood with a lot of dogs. Overall very pleasant stay and would highly recommend!

I don't recommend reserve a hotel. -Clean bed, floor and Bath. - Room was very hot closed to 85, I have to used noisy fan in the first night, second day I text the owner she turned the AC on. - Dark ...no ligh in the hallway and main enterance in the second night (owner is energy conservation) -Bathroom without a towels no soap only bottle of hand wash.

1. Could hear host/hosts through wall on speakerphone multiple times and at night. 2. Bed and pillows looked like they were from goodwill or the attic. Mattress was as hard as possible, pillows the same. 3. Bed spread and sheets did not fit the bed and were not clean, again they looked like items we would donate to goodwill or throw away. 4. Woke up second morning with a bumpy rash behind my knee that looks like flea/bed bug bites. If you are going to rent a private room in your house for people to sleep in, the least you could do is invest in a mattress and pillows. Worst VRBO I have ever stayed in.

I'm sorry you felt like you had such a bad experience, you are the first person to ever leave such a review since I have doing Vrbo and Airbnb, so really unsure how to even respond to your accusations. I have never experienced any of our other guests say any of the things you are saying here. I guess I was due for a guest like you some time throughout my experience of hosting. I understand you are entitled to your own opinion and I will respect that, good luck with your endeavors.

Communication prior to arrival was excellent. Check in was seamless. I arrived after 10pm and departed at 6am and never saw or heard from anyone. This was my first contactless stay, and it was superb. Everything was very clean. I was glad I packed my own shampoo and conditioner because I didn’t see any. I did enjoy the coffee and a granola bar before leaving. Overall, I highly recommend staying here.

Perfect for what I needed
I just needed somewhere to rest my head and clean up during my busy in and out schedule, this cute, clean little spot fit the bill. Close to shopping and the airport and downtown. Nice neighborhood for evening walks. The convenience of renting the hosts car through Turo made the whole trip super smooth. Highly recommend.

Great People and Neighborhood
Property was all we needed. Just a proper sleeping quarters for myself and family. We saw the owner a few times and he was very kind person and was always asking if he could make our stay more accomodating. Very friendly family. Would recommend again!
