Exactly as expected! The space was cozy and perfect for our stay! Gannon was extremely helpful and responded quickly to any message. Close to the city and highway with the quietness of suburban living.

Everything was perfect for this stay! Great location, kitchen had everything we needed to start our days and cook at. This place is clean and so accessible for what we needed. I am definitely keeping this place in mind for future Denver visits!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The apartment is very cozy, with a rustic but modern feel. It has everything you need for an extended stay, with the exception of W/D. The bathroom is HUGE! The location is excellent, in a quiet neighborhood but with quick access to the city. Gannon was a fantastic host. We appreciated his very proactive and clear communication. We highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay again!

Lovely stay. The unit has a great layout with a very functional small kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, and large tub/shower. Great natural light and lots of light fixtures for evening illumination. Good communication with the owner and a prompt response to the one question I had. I will absolutely book this space if it's available on my next trip to Denver.

We walked to restaurants nearby. Street parking was easy. The unit is above a garage, so very quiet. Easy to communicate with our host.

Cozy couple getaway

Great location, super cute neighborhood, very close to downtown Denver and easy access to Red Rocks, Rocky Mountain National Park, Mt Blue Sky. Really enjoyed our stay here and our visit to Denver!

Our stay here was excellent! The location of the apartment was perfect - close to downtown and Empower Field. The apartment was just as cozy as described. Would definitely stay here again!

The host responded in a timely manner and was friendly. There were thoughtful items prepared in both the kitchen and bathroom. The bed and the couch were both a bit hard, but there were plenty of pillows and blankets. I liked being able to open the windows for some fresh air and the lighting was good.
