Respite stay

I'm the full time caregiver for my mother with dementia. Her boyfriend came to visit her for 2 weeks so I decided to stay close to her home and Heather and Benji's king suite was the absolute best! Will stay again if given the chance!

Only 2 small issues: their dog howled for hours when they were away and there was only one chair to sit in if you use both beds.

Stayed here for a concert at red rocks. Perfect place close to mountains and city. Would def stay again. There are so awesome tools that are at the place for use so nice. Little patio in back is a great touch.

Colorado stay

It was a beautiful location, ideally the ac didn’t cool the place down majority of the day it was at 78 and the night at 76, I’m usually used to it being cold so did struggle a bit with that. It was a very beautiful spot and the property manger was so sweet, I would say however our room was entered when we weren’t there so that did rub me the wrong way and I wasn’t told about it, I had noticed and called and they said yes they did enter because they thought I had checked out but I didn’t check out till the next day after. So if I had not noticed I wouldn’t have been told about the entrance. Wish there was a lock or something on the inside the garage from the owners house to prevent such things.

STUNNING and AMAZING!

The property has a beautiful garden, spacious rooms, clean and beautiful bathroom. The skylights were a lovely touch and felt homey and showed the true personality of Denver, and the host. LOVED it and will definitely be staying here again. They also have a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and dishwasher-so many helpful amenities to make your stay comfortable. The entrance is private and the set up feels private as well.

Nice and Cozy

Super cute little place that feels immediately welcoming when you walk in. The bed was comfortable, there's ice in the freezer and condiments in the fridge, and there's a kettle on the stove. If you need it, it's probably there. I came up specifically to see a pop punk show, so the roller derby decor and the NOFX stickers around the room felt fitting too. The host is very responsive, and I also got to meet their dog when I was leaving, who is just precious. I ended up staying here because my usual go-to was booked up. I'm glad to have a backup go-to now for future trips!

What a wonderful place!

This is hands down one of favorite places to stay now. Easy check in process. Quiet. Super cool decor & tchotchkes. Excellent recommendations. The space is very comfy and accommodating. We loved it!

Christmas in Spring

Unforeseen 4" of snow made for a winter wonderland in April. We were scheduled to run in a 10k Saturday morning but weather folded our plans. All good tho because the accommodations at this VRBO made our adjustment to staying in just as fulfilling. Easy 1.5 walk to nourishment, beautiful landscape and garden on property, hot showers and cozy private patio. Loved it and will stay here again!

Great launch point for our extended weekend

I took my teen daughter with me to Arvada for a combination work trip (holiday party) and vacation weekend. This home was cozy, had a nice selection of games, a nice TV, and was private. While there is one wall shared with the hosts, we heard no noise and didn't even know that they were there. The location was in between work events in the outskirts of Arvada and Denver, and close to old Arvada - so we had no trouble finding activities and dining. There was plenty of room for parking. Tip for gluten-free diners: Ben's Fast Food is dedicated gluten-free and delivers here

A great stay only a short drive from downtown and the mountains!

We had a great experience here. Heather was a very welcoming host! They made us feel welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. The bed was super comfy, and the apartment you stay in built off the main house/garage was very private. I would 100% stay again if I came back to Denver! Location is great also, you're between the city and the mountains. It was definitely a really fun stay and I'd recommend this property to any couple or small group of friends traveling in the area!
