This inviting mountain retreat features three comfortable bedrooms designed for a relaxing stay.



The primary bedroom includes a King-sized bed, offering a spacious and restful environment. The second bedroom features a Queen bed, perfect for additional guests. The third bedroom includes a bunk bed, ideal for kids or extra sleeping space.



There are two full bathrooms, one is equipped with a shower/tub combination, allowing you to choose between a quick refresh or a relaxing soak. Fresh towels are provided for your convenience.



KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM



The home offers a functional and welcoming kitchen and living area, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.



The kitchen comes equipped with essential appliances and cookware, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. A coffee setup is also available to help you start your mornings right.



The living room provides a cozy space to relax, featuring comfortable seating and a Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies. Large windows bring in natural light and highlight the surrounding mountain atmosphere.

Please note there is absolutely NO smoking of any kind allowed inside the building and the property.

This modern condo is a cozy getaway for the nature lover and hiking enthusiast. Lot’s of light comes in through the windows and provides wonderful views of the mountains and convenient shops in the small town of Evergreen.



Getting Around:

This property offers a peaceful mountain setting while still being conveniently close to town and nearby attractions.



A car is highly recommended for getting around, as public transportation options in the area are limited. The roads are generally easy to navigate, but during the winter months, 4WD or AWD is advised due to snow and mountain conditions.



You’ll be just a short drive from downtown Evergreen, where you can find local shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Scenic drives and outdoor activities are easily accessible, and major highways connect you to nearby areas like Denver for day trips.



Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft may be available but can be limited depending on the time and location, so planning ahead is recommended.



Other Things to Note:

We have a spiral staircase that leads to the top.



For this property, a check-in form and agreement are required to be completed after booking is confirmed. This process is quick, simple, and shares important property information, and ensure a smooth stay.



There is a house manual located on the breakfast bar with further instructions. We have 4 mini split Ac/heat units located throughout the condo with remotes located in holders below them to operate. Please be mindful of temperature and keep at the same temp for these units to continue to function properly.



We provide 2 portable door locks for extra security for the front and back doors, although this is a very safe area!



Please note: The windows we have are crank windows and there is a small opening without screens when you open the window. Please watch over pets and children if you decide to open the windows.
