Unfortunately, this guest has it COMPLETELY WRONG! Very angry human being who pretty much lied about the condition of this well appointed bungalow. In addition, he's crying about getting his money back when his entire reservation was refunded in full by me and VRBO. The property was professionally cleaned and sanitized just hours before his check-in, the home is located in a very clean and safe neighborhood (in fact a traveler to the Denver area would have a difficult time finding any bad neighborhoods so obviously this guest is misinformed and ignorant as to what's a bad neighborhood), furniture is practically new in every room, my cleaners couldn't find a single broken fixture, and the list goes on and on and on. First time traveler using VRBO that chose to use this beautiful bungalow as a sound board so he could simply skate on his reservation. In fact, when he called me to complain he indicated that it was his family who was unhappy. He actually indicated that the place was good enough for him, but his family just wouldn't stand it. Trust me, VRBO and all tghe other VRBO hosts will be very happy not to have to deal with travelers like this. Come check out our accommodations! I guarantee you will be satisfied!

This bungalow has been organized and set up for guests, family, and friends, to vacation at a spot with comfortable beds and a pleasant setting. We continue to try and add different amenities to improve the space. New patio furniture installed in the last month and additional pieces of furniture inside to improve the space. Come and enjoy!

This traveler has it ALL wrong. This is a well appointed single family home in a traditional suburb of Denver surrounded by other single family homes. The property has been completely updated throughout including new floors, new paint, and new quartz counter tops in the kitchen. It's a comfortable vacation spot offering just under 1500sf, 2 bedrooms, and a full bath. In addition, the property has BRAND NEW air conditioning and furnace so all the mechanicals are up to speed. The location is ideal, just blocks from the commuter train/light rail. The transportation department is still testing the passenger train line that was just installed over the past 3 years. The testing requires them to run the train at 15 minute intervals and once approved for operation the train will run at a normal cycle. This particular traveler did not obey the House Rules and even brought an extra guest who had an additional dog that was not approved to stay at the home.Very disappointing and this guest will not be allowed to book any of our vacation rentals here in the Denver area. Host be aware!
