Hotel sencillo, poco descuidado
El hotel está un poco descuidado y algo sucio. La habitación bien, nos quedamos en una suite y estuvo limpia y muy cómoda. Para estar solo de paso y llegar a dormir funciona muy bien.

Muy buena estancia con desayuno variado! Áreas comunes muy limpias y ambiente con olor agradable. Las camas están muy cómodas y se descansa bastante bien! Felicito especialmente a Mara Flores, la recepcionista de la tarde, hizo que nuestra estancia fuera más que perfecta!!!

El hotel tiene unas condiciones fatales, las habitaciones sucias llenas de polvo, con sabanas rotas y sin limpiar la piscina sucia llena de cloro,y sucia lleno de mojo el establecimiento horrible.

Nuestra estadía fue muy satisfactoria, el hotel cuenta con buena higiene y mantiene todas las precauciones referente al Covi 19. El personal muy profesional y atento. La habitación limpia y cómoda. Está ubicado a unos 15 minutos de las principales atracciones, lo recomendamos.

Excelente hotel
Me encantó el hotel aunque fue solo una noche la verdad superó mis expectativas. Cerca del centro de Denver que pudimos conocer el Capitolio y museo de arte. Habitaciones cómodas, excelente desayuno y tienen por la tarde merienda incluida. Los empleados de recepción amables. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

The property was better than I expected. The food from the restaurant was great. Access to the freeway was very convenient. I would recommend this comfort inn to a friend

Booked a hotel room month in advance and when we got to the hotel, receptionist mention to us they will not be able to give us a room since they had rented all of the rooms out.

Stay away from
Booked my room in August. Showed up on Dec. 30 and people from crossing the border were there. They were hanging out I. The parking lot etc. went inside and they said that they could not give me my room and gave me to options . The rate was about 45 a night cheaper. I was happy at least there was a room being there for the football game. Went across town to the Best western Premier instead.

I had a 4-night reservation over the Christmas weekend. Two days before my scheduled arrival I called to confirm as I always do when traveling. I was told that a party with a block of rooms decided to stay longer so my reservation was cancelled, and they would move my reservation to another hotel. Two days before Christmas in Denver Co didn't leave a whole lot of choice! Was moved to another hotel 9 miles from where I needed to be. It was located in a very industrial area, close to nothing. Made it very inconvenient for my son to get me to and from his home and to the airport for departure. I wonder what would have happened had I not called ahead to confirm and just showed up to find out I was cancelled? The staffer that handled my call said she was going to call me the next day, really...why wait another day on Christmas weekend when hotels are filling up by the hour that weekend? I'm very disappointed in this Comfort Suites policy to cancel people's reservations just because a group decides to stay longer, especially on a holiday like Christmas. As a frequent traveler I've been told by hotels that they were fully booked, and I couldn't extend my stay.

The only thing that we didn’t like was they have to write on a paper how many people are going to eat in the morning. We had family and we don’t wake up at the same time but the requirement was to all going to the complementary breakfast at the same time. And when we did go down all the tables were taken. So we didn’t get to eat.
