Buen Hotel falta servicio a cuartos diario.
Hotel con habitaciones muy grandes, pero no te hacen el servicio de limpieza a diario, si no cada tercer días y nada mas tiran la basura y tienden camas, no limpian. Es desagradable que no se haga todos los días, eso no te advierten cuando rentas la habitación. En lo general el hotel es viejo pero bien cuidado, el personal es amable.

Reservé 3 noches y la verdad no fueron muy buenas por la limpieza de la habitación. El baño no estaba muy bien limpio, la alfombra de la habitación no se miraba limpia . Pedimos que si podian limpiar la habitación al segundo dia y nunca nos la limpiaron.

Breakfast items spotty.
Everything was clean, and tidy and pretty and a good value for the room we got. The only hitch was during breakfast I went down at the time they said they would have breakfast and they did not have breakfast ready on time. The employee was kind of rude and they ran out of plastic forks. No forks at all. Had to eat breakfast with plastic spoons and knives. No orange juice dispenser or milk dispenser. No beverages available except coffee and it was also behind. I think they are having trouble with supply chain stuff. Otherwise the hotel was very very clean, the room was very nice and the location was convenient. Also some closed restaurants nearby. I think one went out of business. If you have a car this is not an issue.

Todo en el hotel está muy bien. Mi cuarto (222) tenía una parte del techo del baño donde colgaba la pintura y la puerta de cristal del clóset esta rota. El desayuno, entiendo por COVID, es bien limitado. Estuvimos 5 días y fue lo mismo para desayuno. En general, el hotel es buenísimo.

El servicio del hotel muy amable, muy limpio a mí familia le encantó la hot tub y la alberca lo único que no me gustó fue el breakfast muy simple nomás unos mini burritos congelados y unos muffins se supone que era buffet esperaba un poco mas

The coffee machine was disgusting… we weren’t told that housekeeping had to be requested. The whole floor was smoking weak and I can’t assume the front desk associate wasn’t joining in. I LOVED the layout of our room but not family friendly. The pool deck was redone with wall tiles… so horribly slippery, and they didn’t pay for slot drains to be re-done so you will stub your toe. The coating in the pool and hot tub was peeling in it’s entirety and just not comfortable to sit in. The hotel has all the potential to be amazing with a decent contractor and a little more investment.

Property was well located close to highway and safe at night. Breakfast was nice with hot and cold options. Quiet rooms. The room was half cleaned / the tub was so slimy I had to put hand towels down to prevent from slipping on the slime in the tub, at my age that wouldn’t have been good. The smoke detectors were wrapped in plastic not giving me the sense of safety and I believe (from my industry) a code violation - I have pictures. The tv had no cable or network channels whatsoever. I have pictures of the bed bug remnants and dead bug on the mattresses although did not receive any bites while staying. Overall extremely disappointed. I looked at ten different places to stay and the advertising got me on this one. Fool me once ….. not again!!

Room was okay for the price. Clean and plenty of towels. I would have preferred shampoo/conditioner dispenser. Overall, the shower needs updating. Hot tub was in good working order and pool area was clean.

We had a great time. The room was very outdated. Also there was a hole in our 1 wall were someone punched it. The bathroom tub did not work. We were there for 4 days and only on the final day didcthe waffle machine work. Despite all of that we would stay again. The kids loved the pool and hot tub.

Property looking run down and rough. Probably also needs staff. The young lady who checked us in was pleasant. She had to wash and dry towels as there was none in the pool area for most of the day. This is about a $45 room not a $120 a night room/hotel. First off, small barking dog in the room directly across the hall, barked at anything coming down the hall, asked and was given a room father down from his yappy a**. Also, the TV in the room was non-functioning. Second room was rough. Clipped toe nails on the floor by the bed, it was clear it had not been cleaned--nasty! Mold on the walls in the bathroom along with a lot of rust on the floors, tub and fixtures. Assuming there was a leak in the bathroom above us, as there was also drywall cracks and pretty decent damage (MOLD) Ran out of hot water after 2 (quick) showers, ugg. Outlet by the bed was faulty, going in and out. Some sort of white stain on the sofa cusion, right in the middle and I believe it was just wear but I did not inspect it further. Pool area was nasty. Towels thrown around the entire area like it had not been cleaned in a week (hench the front desk staff having to do laundry!) The hot tube looked like it has ocean sea foam in it, and was so dirty you could see BROWN film on top of it. Too much chemical so I am guessing they just dumped it in and said screw it. Tampon in the pool (unused but..) need I go on. I am not a snob with rooms... but this was rough. Migrant housing??

The pool was murky, the spa had so much chlorine it made our eyes burn, the waffle maker was broken, there was trash under the bed, and the chair was broken in our room. Employees were nice.

We always stay here when we're in the Denver area. However, this time I was a little disappointed. The parking lot was full of snow, so there were limited spaces, and ice everywhere. The molding around the bathtub in room 204 needs to be replaced. Whoever fixed it before didn't bother to cut the correct angles so the tiles could meet. Lastly, the waffle maker was no where to be found.

Boogers on the walls by bed. Dirty brown comforters on both beds. Gum stuck to sheet. Charged me triple what the room cost - even though the amount i confirmed was a $50 deposit - they charged me an extra $220.

We authorized the card you provided for the room, tax and incidentals, since this was a pay at hotel reservation, I am sorry if you were misinformed on the process. Anything authorized over the room and tax will be released back toy our card. Again I am sorry for the issues you experienced.

When we checked in we rang the bell and waited for a good 10 minutes until someone arrived to check us in. It was around 4 pm. I did not know there was a 50.00 deposit. Someone had spilled a sticky drink in the elevator and no one cleaned it up in the 2 days we stayed at the hotel. The room was clean. It is a convenient location.
