I stay here often and I enjoy it very much. Friendly helpful staff, nice modest amenities, and clean, comfortable rooms. Free breakfast every morning. It is not huge, but suits me just fine. I love this hotel and feel very comfortable and safe staying here when the weather keeps me from driving home.

The hotel beds were so comfortable and it was clean. Accommodations all great. Looked forward to a nice bed after long day of traveling. This hotel did not disappoint.

This was the perfect place for me to stay for a couole of nights. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was nice, comfortable, and very clean. The morning breakfast wasn't huge, but exactly what I needed to start my day. I will definitely be staying here in the future and I have already recommended this hotel to others.

4 day, 3 night stay for personal travel: I really have nothing negative to say about this property. There are so many attentions to detail that make the stay pleasurable. This is an example of "it's the little things that matter." We had a King suite, and it was perfect. Clean room, furniture, bathroom, carpet. The bed, pillows, and linens were so cozy. I slept better here than in other hotels. Staff are helpful for the hotel as well as for recommendations and directions for the area. Front desk, cleaning staff, kitchen staff, everyone. Breakfast nook had hot and cold protein options as well as the standard cereals, oatmeal, fresh whole fruit, coffee with condiments, pastries, mini make your own waffles, juice - so many options, and so clean and airy in the dining room. The pool was a good temperature, pool room was clean and provided towels. The hot tub has plenty of heat and bubble power, and again is very clean. The workout room has multiple cardio options as well as multiple weight options with a water cooler and TV. The business center is private with usual amenities. Central to so many restaurants and shopping areas, as well as recreational activities.

We had a very nice stay and would recommend this hotel. It was conveniently located to many nearby restaurants and stores. All employees were very nice and accommodating! Breakfast was good and the pool and hot tub were very clean and kept up.

The price I paid didn’t match what I signed up for in Hotels.Com. During our stay our toilet got clogged. I told them before we left for the day about it. We had been gone all day and came back to a clogged toilet. When reported it they didn’t have any maintenance on site but could call somebody in who us 30 minutes away. I asked for a plunger and fixed it myself!

This is an older facility that is clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is better than some.

Even though this property is RIGHT on I25 in Castle Rock, it was surprising quiet. My king size bed was OH so comfortable and they supply ample, double cased pillows of different densities. The entry desk staff was nice. The free breakfast was OK, lots of choices and even scrambled eggs and sausage/buffet style. It was the right place to stay for the price.

Gutes Hotel für ein paar Nächte auf der Reise. Viele Parkplätze und obwohl es nah an der Interstate ist, sehr leise. Das Hotel ist wohl etwas älter, schade, dass nicht auf manche Details geachtet wird. In meinem Zimmer waren die Vorhänge zerrissen und etwas aus der Halterung. Denn sauber war alles, ob im Zimmer, dem Flur/Aufzug oder der Lobby. Ich würde hier wieder übernachten, habe mich wohl gefühlt.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The staff were lovely and helpful, but we had an issue with the pool turning our daughters hair green. Like bright lime green!! When we brought this to the owner, he was dismissive and said it wasn’t his fault or the pools.. it must be a product that my daughter uses in her hair.. she is 12. She does not use any products in her hair. We were disappointed by his lack of care to our situation. There were other women who had their hair turn lime green and nothing was done. Our kids were quite disappointed that they could not use the pool at the hotel over our stay as that is always a big part of the fun.

The cleaning staff doesn’t announce themselves when they come in, or knock, so if you’re sitting on the toilet with the door open, suprise! Otherwise it was a nice, comfortable stay.

Good Night Sleep
The management here is great! We checked in and went our room. The first thing we do is check out the mattress, omg! The mattress was old and very hard. We went down to the front desk and talked to Bob. He found us a room that had a new mattress. Breakfast was good and had a variety of choices.
