Este hotel es un ratero no regresaron mi depósito y los cuartos están en muy malas condiciones, creo por eso no las arreglan para culpar a cualquier huésped y rolar el depósito, no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto.

La atención para mi fue buena! El servicio de igual manera! Excelente ubicación a unos pasos del metro, te puedes mover por todo Aurora y la ciudad de Denver.

Muy mal porque arrendaron el hotel sin calefacción en una noche de 29 grados f Mucho frío.

Lamento mucho que el calefacción no sirvia en su cuarto, para la otra porfavor diganos y con muchisimo gusto lo podemos mover a un cuarto mas agradable. Friendly stuff, big clean rom, wi-fi handy laundry
Hotel rooms are big and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn't use the gym, but I did do laundry and I found the laundry room very handy. The Wi-fi also worked fine. It is a great place to spend the night without additional luxuries. Breakfast is only correct.

The room was smelling very very much smoking cigarette and it was a non-smoking room. Kim (the manager), spoke poorly english as we tried to explain our problem. She did not collaborate saying that it was'nt her problem. And they also did not refund our deposit.

It met all of our needs. The bed and pillows were comfortable. An older facility and shows the wear a bit. The shower drained slowly but had good force.

The washer and Dryer for the customer was VERY LOUD and also a lot of homless people coming in the morning trying to eat free breakfast.. I mean I understand but at the same time if I have to pay then they have to pay as well some people these days

Veey friendly and helpful staff. I had a wonderful over night stay and would come back. The rooms are a little dated, but everything was clean. I got a great night's sleep and breakfast was good.

Landed early from our fleight so called the motel to see if they had anything open and they let us check in hours early with no hesitation. Staff was super nice and quick, thank you!

It's a regular hotel, nothing exciting. My wife was outside and saw bunch of mice around one of the sides of the properties, thankfully we didn't see any inside. Breakfast was average. The cleaning ladies were very nice with both of us.

I’ve stayed here a few times, but it seems to deteriorate more each time… the hotel needs some upgrades done, the curtains are nasty, the floors never got vacuumed my whole stay, because the same things were on the floor the whole time.. burn holes in the carpet, lampshades were nasty and stained, the wallpaper was coming off…

Negatives first. Carpet in room was dirty. Also, I informed them there was a sharp plastic object in middle floor by bed. If I would have stepped on it, I could have had serious injury as it was extremely sharp and I'm diabetic. When I told Anna at desk in am, she could have care less!! Shower was odd. Pull down around bottom faucet to get the shower started, then when turned off was loud clunk that made me jump. It took 5 minutes to get water regulated as it was scalding hot or ice cold!! The breakfast was terrible. The scrambled eggs were hard, and the gravy for biscuit's was watery. I had yogurt, WOW so much for breakfast. Positives Quiet and bed was comfortable. Last stay at this motel chain!!

I booked this place on a budget, but next time I will definitely dish out the extra money and get a better hotel. The staff was really nice and accommodating. But the room itself was sub par. It looked old, there were holes in the carpet and walls, and stains on the furniture. One positive was that the towels were big and fluffy.

Always a good time
Always a good stay. I was able to check in a few hours early. Hot breakfast is always good they're one of the few hotels who serves a decent Continental breakfast.
