Amazing nook near everything we needed in Denver!
We had an amazing stay. Everything was perfect! Parking was right outside of door, cleanliness was top notch, love the back porch, many shops and restaurants near by we used, easy trip to and from red rocks amphitheater, good host communication, and the host even left us snacks! Would stay there again!

Quick trip Denver and Red Rocks
We were extremely satisfied with our stay. Close to Denver and Red Rocks for concert. Niko was extremely accommodating and very helpful. We also used his shuttle service to Red Rocks to avoid driving and parking in the snow weather.

Great place to stay, close to Red Rocks
This condo exceeded our expectations! It was spacious, clean, had all of the amenities we needed, plus some. Check in was so simple and easy and they were patient with our late arrival. Everything was great, we cannot wait to come back and hopefully we'll get lucky and be able to stay here again! I've never slept so good in a bed that wasn't my own 😂 It was also right by many restaurants and stores, and was only about a 16-18 minute ride to Red Rocks which was the whole reason for our stay. EVERYTHING was great! ❤️ Thank you for letting us stay at your place and for the great hospitality!!

Convenient location
It is centrally located…liked having downtown Denver about 20 minutes as I had to travel there each day. Close to Red Rocks, Evergreen, Arvada and just about 90 minutes to Vail! Niko is an excellent Host. Responsive and very pleasant to deal with.

Issues with heat and smoke otherwise good place
Thermostat didn’t control heat. Heat was on non stop so we had to leave windows open. That was what was recommended when I asked host about issue. We stayed for 3 weeks in December during which temperature was in 50s during the day. Noise from traffic and lights from parking lot were troublesome when trying to sleep with windows and curtains open to let heat out. We tried closing windows and curtains at night but it would get up to 78. All tried putting pillows against heat registers which helped a little. Other issue was smoke from downstairs neighbor. It smelled like an ashtray in the place. If those two things were taken care of, it would be a nice place to stay. It was fairly clean and stocked with necessary items.

There’s No Place Like Home
Terrific home and great hospitality including fresh baked cookies on arrival and a refrigerator stocked with the basics. Easy access to the interstate highways, shopping and Olde Town Arvada. I would highly recommend this home for your stay in Denver.

Red Rocks Stay
Everything was clean and organized; the main king bed was very comfortable. There is a cute little patio off the kitchen which was nice to enjoy in the evening. We enjoyed coffee and creamer available on the premises. The location was fantastic to attend a concert at Red Rocks. We hope it is available the next time we choose to attend a concert.

We had a delightful experience. Excellent communication, very clean, well appointed and easy check-in. Snacks were provided by the owner. It was a very pleasant surprise especially with children after a long flight with some delays.

Our jumping off point
This was a great spot for us to access the things we wanted to see in our first CO visit. It is close to usual suburban amenities which made getting food and incidentals easy. You are located just off the highway, but no noticeable noise (probably since the portable AC units were running during the heat wave). Since it is a shared space you may notice some Colorado specific scents (in case that bothers you). Niko is easy to communicate with and got us answers to our questions promptly, including dealing with things out of his control. Thank you Niko for a great stay!

Very comfortable bed
We stayed just one night at this property following our visit to the Fan Expo. The area of the complex looked a bit run down, but the townhouse was very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, but I found it a bit uncomfortable to fall asleep because the unit had a musty smell to it or that smokers had lived in the unit for a long time. That was really the only downfall. The owners are very generous with offering their food to their guests, and Netflix was available as well. Check in was very easy and smooth.

We were there for a wedding in Golden, CO. The condo was so comfortable. Close to the highway and anything we would need. The hosts were quick to respond and very kind. We will defintely stay again if we are in the area.

2-night stay on our way to Vail. We needed to acclimate to the altitude. Everything was very nice. The condo was walkable to dining/groceries. Within easy driving distance to much more. Hosts were easy to contact.

Perfect for what we needed
Good location within 15 minutes of Empower Field at Mile High stadium for our concert. We enjoyed West 29th Restaurant for dinner ((the meatless lasagna is a must try (and I'm a meat lover)); as well as Breakfast at Joe's Place (we walked the 1/2 mile to it): and the Elks Club in Arvada where everyone was so nice. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area! The photos they have do not do it justice. The place was fully stocked and even included some snacks and water. The three portable AC Units were ok for us with temps in the 80's, but they would struggle with temps any higher.

Great property!
This was super clean and accessible. The hosts were super helpful. Just be aware that the bedrooms are on the upper level so if you have a problem with stairs this is not the unit for you. But we loved it.

Girls weekend
We had a great time staying here for our girls weekend in Denver. Great place/location. Not far from downtown Denver, Red Rocks and Empower stadium. Old Town Arvada is a great little town. Lots of cute restaurants/shops and only a few miles away. Would definitely stay again. Nick made the process from booking to checking out effortless. Great weekend!

We arranged a ride to the show and he picked us up and took us to the top and waited for us after the show and took us for a quick beer after the show. Nicely appointed and comfortable!
We were coming to town for a concert at Red Rocks, and we are happy we chose this place for our stay! The owner is beyond accommodating and friendly - he is really great about communicating and even gave us a safe-ride to and from the concert at a very reasonable price, which was so great because he knew exactly where we were going to and from the venue, which was super helpful since we aren't familiar with the area. The place is well appointed with comfortable bed (we only used the one, so can't comment on the second & third beds) and lots of extras - food and drinks in fridge and cabinets, washer and dryer in case you didn't bring enough clothes for the unpredictable Colorado weather, full length mirrors in both rooms, plenty of nice quality towels - and it was nice and clean! Olde Town Arvada is super cute and a lot of fun to be so close to for walking around, dinner, drinks, live music on the streets - we were pleasantly surprised with that being such a cool location in close proximity! Would definitely stay here again!

Great Hosts, Decent Property
Niko was a very responsive and easy to reach host and made check in incredibly easy! The condo was very clean and there was food in the fridge for guests to share and eat which was so nice. Drawbacks were that the AC didn’t work so we were very hot and had a hard time sleeping. Also very close to I-70 so loud traffic sounds of the windows are open trying to cool things down in the evening. Walking distance to parks and public transit and grocery stores.
