Great Stay in BW Plus Aurora
El servicio y los colaboradores geniales! el único problema es que las camas son viejas y suenan mucho, y los colchones no son confortables, especialmente por la estadía tan larga que tuvimos de 7 noches. Pero el Hotel es muy conveniente internamente y muy cercano a todo Denver, alrededores, muchas opciones de comida, Supermercado, BestBuy, y demás. El Elevador un poco lento para mi gusto. Pero todo lo demás, excelente. Nos cambiaron de habitación por el problema de la cama, igual no cambió mucho, pero nos atendieron el problema de manera casi inmediata, lo cual es muy valuable.

Inconforme.
Mi estancia hera con el fin de descansar y me encuentro que el elevador no funciona. Que el Jacuzzi tampoco hospedaron el el 4 piso... por lo que si fue molesto no poder disfrutar un buen descanso.

Property did not feel safe due to abundant homeless individuals in parking lot; NO outside security or cameras - instructed to park so that "hopefully" the neighboring business security cameras would capture any vehicle theft/issues. Approached more than once by homeless persons going to/from car.

The staff was wonderful and easy to work with. The first room we had had a broken bed frame so when it couldn’t be fixed that day they upgraded us to a suite! I do wish the hot tub was working. But will definitely stay there again!

Front desk staff was excellent. She came up and fixed our tv. Rooms were clean. Nice bathrooms. Only complaint would be only 1 elevator and it’s slow. We would stay here again.

Breakfast was good. A little sad that the hot tub was out of order, but my kids loved the pool. It's right next to Sam's Club and Walmart so we were able to get my daughter a swimsuit when she forgot hers, but walking there was a bit iffy.

Very good. Only issue I found was the bath fan very noisy and is connected to the light. Get up on the middle of the night to go and either you do not turn the light or if you do, you wake-up te rest of the family.

Who do they think they are when a customer came and deny it with the kids just back from a school and make me call 1 hours on the phone to get back my refund?? Is it easy as that? Oh I see they don’t want money. Already dark and made me drive to another hotel in this late. The hell, never ever coming back again. What a good service for customers. Not complaining, it was the true so they can fix for better to the next guests. Duhh just denied me for complaining? Took $80 for pet and still not happy about it.

Hello Than Than.Unfortunately, we had to make the decision to no longer allow you & your family to stay with us. The repeated aggressive behavior levied against several members of our staff is unacceptable. We cannot permit this to continue, as it has happened on several occasions, not only in person, but also during phone conversations. We are sorry you felt you have been slighted by having to pay our standard pet fee. I can assure you, all guests are required to pay a pet fee. We are sorry this is not the scenario you would have liked, but we will not tolerate such aggressive acts towards our staff.
