Was a positive experience overall, the property is getting old and more attention needs to be paid to the outside. The room inside was newly remodeled and very nice. Most of the employees were very helpful, One gentleman was not very accommodating in taking care of an special request. Thanks!

This was a decent hotel. The first room we were given smelled like smoke but they gladly gave us another room. The second room was a lot nicer than the first one.

I booked a room through Expedia. When I arrived they had overbooked and no rooms were available. This happened to multiple travelers that evening for this hotel.

For the cost of the stay I would stay again. The air conditioning needed a little help. And the tv didn’t work properly. The representatives of the hotel were very helpful and tried rectifying these issues. The room and bathroom was very clean. Bed was as average as a hotel bed can be.

Very disappointing experience with the hotel staff. The morning staff member was extremely rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. His attitude toward us was unacceptable and made our experience very unpleasant. On the other hand, I really appreciate the lady who was working during the midnight shift. She was extremely helpful, polite, and professional, and she made our late-night check-in smooth and easy. She deserves recognition for her excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the poor behavior of the morning staff overshadowed the positive experience we had with the midnight receptionist. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides better customer-service training to the morning staff.

Do not go here. Nick, the manager will not advise you of additional charges (like deposit) just runs the un-approved charge, and will lie stating he advised. It was on camera. I had to wait in parking lot for 3 pm to check in. Was hot out. The remote/ tv dont work. The toilet was gross like it has not been cleaned in months. Have to hold down the handle. This place is not worth the hassle. If you need a place to rest and not deal with underhanded and rude management DO NOT STAY HERE, THERE IS A VERY GOOD REASON THE PLACE HAS VERY LITTLE BUSINESS. It was practically empty.

The hotel is under renovation so you can see they are trying to improve. Our room was clean but was missing a hair dryer. Although they had recently painted, they did not fix a hole in the wall and there were holes in the curtains. The one thing the hotel cannot change easily is the road noise. We were not on the front of the hotel and the road noise was still very loud.

This place was horrible! Toilet didn't flush and was offered a plunger by the front desk! Finally got a new room which clearly had rodents because my toiletry bag was chewed up yuck! Breakfast was a joke muffins and coffee (which I don't drink) had to pay for juice. They couldn't pay me enough to ever stay at another one! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!

If I had to design a hotel to be as uncomfortable as possible this would be the one. Curtains that don't completely close so that a lot of the bright white parking lot light gets in, an A/C that feels like it's barely working, windows you can't open, wifi that makes you miss dial-up, hotel staff that open your door at 8am and then say "oh sorry we thought you checked out already". It is still labeled as the old hotel name and seems to be under renovations maybe? To take the cake the sink only ran hot in both directions and the shower couldn't be cooled down so it was just scalding hot. Oh yeah and they don't give you any shampoo or conditioner, just a little soap bar. The breakfast is so "meh" you wouldn't want to take any extra with you even if you were desperate. The hotel staff seemed unenthused to listen to any of my concerns.

My experience was alright but it is clearly in transition. Owner is very involved and front staff was kind. It was advertised as having smart tvs and I selected it over cheaper places because of this but they do not actually have the remotes for the smart tv , just for the regular tv function. I was trying to catch a specific program while traveling (no laptop) so this was a bummer and frustrating. I docked a star for this only because it was not as advertised. Staff did try their best but they just did not have the required LG remotes. Further info for guests: North side is VERY LOUD, noisiest motel I’ve stayed in. I can sleep through this but if that is a concern make sure your room is in the back. My room was clearly renovated recently and I liked the colors (bed did have 1 hole in duvet but I don’t care about that lol). No breakfast protein options if veg but I’m used to this as well/that’s pretty standard in USA.

Never booking another hotel without looking at ratings before hand. Totally my fault. Gentleman that checked us in was good. Noticed immediately that there was 2 holes in the bathroom door. Shower handle falling off. We stayed 3 days and never got roome service (clean towels, more soap etc) I had to walk to the front to get more shower towels. Had trowel with door not locking and get more keys. Had to try several times. Then to top it off we got charged $20 because the towels we used had 2 stains! TOWELS HAD 2 STAINS. really? What are towels for then. What made it even worse, is that they didnt have shade blinds to make the room dark. They had a huge light right out our room and it literally looked like the sun was shining through our windows even with the curtains drawn. We couldn't sleep well. Im not one to complain, but I will never book again at this location. Expedia I would take them off your suggestion list to save the other customers that may want to book here.

First things first. Do not stay here and now for the reasons why. This is not a days inn. It’s “apple inn”. They rebranded as a days inn to mislead people. The rooms were not clean in terms of the floors were not swept and the showers were dirty. There was no ac in any of the three rooms they tried to place us in. The second rooms ac started leaking from the ceiling. Rooms were easily over 80 degrees. The key card stopped working on the second day for most guests. The rooms were extremely noisy due to highway traffic at all hours of the day and night. The mattresses were also worn out and not comfortable. The tvs also were not working and difficult to navigate since only parts of the remote worked on main screen and required constant rebooting to get signal. The free breakfast in the morning was nothing more than yogurt, prepackaged muffins and some fruit that was well past its prime. The exterior of the place was run down. Avoid this place at all costs. We left before our stay was over and went to la Quinta inn which felt like a 5 star hotel (also cheaper per night) after one and a half nights at this so called days inn.
