This was a great place to stay! Very roomy and very fun! We had two young children, and there were a lot of kids toys in the basement, which was amazing! And the air hockey table and foosball table was also very fun for the older kids and adults! Overall a great experience!

Our stay at this VRBO was fantastic. The check‑in process was seamless, and any time I had a question, the hosts responded promptly and thoroughly. They were consistently warm, helpful, and accommodating, which made the entire experience feel effortless. The home itself was spotless, exactly as pictured, and exceeded our expectations. It offered plenty of space for our extended family of 11 adults and 6 kids, giving everyone room to relax without ever feeling crowded. The location was perfect—central to everything we wanted to explore in Boulder, Denver, and Colorado Springs.I highly recommend this listing for large groups or families. The hosts truly go above and beyond, and the property is an ideal home base for a Colorado getaway.

Place was great for a big group we had 7 couples and 15 people in total and there was plenty of space and we never had a bathroom problem. Great location and beautiful neighborhood. House was wonderful and the host left clear instructions and was good to work with! The boys of the group loved the basement with the basketball hoop and foosball table.
