Perfect place for a small family!

My husband, 10 mo old, and myself stayed here for a weekend and loved it. Great location and in a nice quiet neighborhood for when we wanted to wind down for the evening. We appreciated having our car parked in the driveway and not having to struggle to find parking. Super clean place. Host was so accommodating! Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place in Denver!

Had a wonderful stay! This place was perfect for 2 couples! Our host was very helpful and answered any questions we had. It is located in a good neighborhood and not far from any of the locations we visited. The place was very clean and organized. Would definitely stay there again if we ever returned.

The cozy and chic apartment was a perfect place to stay for my recent week long visit to the Denver area. This well appointed and very comfortable basement apartment is close to all that the Denver area has to offer. While I had no issues during my stay, the owner was very attentive and customer focused. Rigo was very communicative and responsive. He was able to accommodate an earlier check in. The property was well taken care of. The living space was as pictured and clean. Complementary drinks and snacks were nice. We would stay here again.

Convenient location.

Convenient location for access to downtown Denver, Fort Collins, Golden etc, in quiet, safe neighborhood. Very clean, and well stocked. Rigo is extremely accommodating and helpful. Great to be sit outside with beautiful morning sun exposure.

Great place for the price point! The place was clean and in a great area. We loved that they had cold water in the fridge, the tv programmed for Netflix, and so many towels for the bathroom! You could hear the footsteps above and you couldn’t control the air conditioning downstairs but there were plenty of fans to help cool things down. This was great for a weekend trip.

Perfect location

It was a great central location for all of the excursions we wanted to do in Colorado. The rental was very clean and cozy and the washer and dryer were definitely a plus! I loved sitting outside, drinking my coffee and writing. I could smell all the flowers when we were coming and going.

Wonderful Stay in Denver

My family of 5 enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and clearly reflected pride of ownership. The host provided every amenity we could need and the communication was excellent. He even provided a lovely display of snacks upon our arrival. The location is a short drive away from everything we had planned. We will definitely book with Rigo again when we visit Denver.

Appealing Denver Area Stay

The owner was very pleasant, accommodating, and thorough. The setting was lovely, with garden areas. The apartment was attractive, clean, and neat. Refrigerated water, fruit, and some grocery incidentals were provided, as well as plenty of towels and bathing incidentals. All-in-all it was the best owner-hosted stay of this kind that I have encountered. Thank you to the owner for making our stay so enjoyable!

Denver weekend

Nice basement apartment north of Denver center. On street parking available, the apartment was clean and well stocked upon our arrival. All appliances etc worked well. Beds and linens were clean and comfortable. I'd recommend for a couple or 3 people. We stayed for a long weekend in Denver. Close to highways, so easy to get around by car. Close to a nice park in a quiet residential area.

It felt like being home. Everything you'd think to need or may have forgotten to bring was stocked. It was spotless and very well organized. Great location and all major delivery services were available. The amenities were terrific and so very thoughtful. The homeowner was great with communication, as well. 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic apartment

The apartment was neat, clean & very spacious. The owner provided us with many snacks and fruit and the kitchen had most of the essentials that we needed. Renters should be aware that the apartment is not walkable to restaurants and shops, but the drive to Denver was only about 20 minutes.

Tidy property close to downtown Denver

Rental was close to all the downtown Denver activities we had planned. Host had fridge packed with snacks and beverages. Checking in and out was simple and we had good communication with the host. Kitchen had the basics for cooking. This is a basement property and the host lives on site so creaking of floors in the mornings could be heard.
