Acerca de esta propiedad

4 BR, Luxurious-Gem/Mansion in Heart of Denver

  • Your friends/family will be close to all the sights that Denver offers, when you stay at this luxurious, spacious, centrally-located downtown, historic mansion. We took our historic home and modernized it with all of the amenities including central AC, large walk-in shower in Master and new windows throughout, etc. Walk a few blocks and shop for dinner ingredients at the local whole-foods. One of the best/well-kept parks in Denver, "Cheesman Park," is just a few blocks away. -Early Check-In / Late Check-Out:
Available for a $50 fee if scheduling allows. Please request in advance so we can confirm availability.
Note: We have both a 4 and 5 bedroom rental option. Since you’ve rented the 4BR option, the 1BR garden level apartment thats’s included with the 5BR option, is rented separately and there may or may not be a tenant in that unit during your stay.

This was a perfect stay for our family. The hand drawn welcome sign was a cute detail that helped make this a welcoming stay. The gym, bathroom and kitchen were top tier amenities. I definitely recommend this property for a downtown stay.

This is an eclectic house with very great charm and comfort. This is also a great location for downtown denver and in walking distance to food and activities. We would highly recommend this place and will be booking again on our next trip back to Denver.

House and location was excellent. The 4th bedroom on 3rd level was hard to manage temperature and keep cool for good sleep in the hottest part of summer. The host was responsive and the check in and checkout procedures were clear and easy. I would rent this place again.

Gorgeous!

This home is so special we were all sad to leave. The neighborhood is super cute, close to a nice park and central for trips downtown and not far from Red Rocks. Comms with the owner were responded to quickly. We would come back and stay here in a heartbeat.
