This stay was exceptional and the host was extremely accommodating to some last minute changes. We ended up with extended family for a total of 10 people and the house was perfect for the group. Easy access to Denver and Boulder as well as mountain activities. Everyone really enjoyed everything the house had to offer. We would highly recommend!

Our stay here was wonderful and we enjoyed it as a whole! Fun house for a family get together and lots of space for everyone. Comfortable bedrooms and bedding, everyone slept great and we loved the fire pit. We did understand that the pool was seasonal but we had no communication regarding it being closed prior, so we assumed it would be functional and it was not. This was one of the few let downs, the other being our family needed some instruction on the cinema room so we were not fully able to use this space. These things were minor enough that we did not reach out to the host to correct them during our stay, all communication with manager was great. Wonderful home and super fun space, I definitely recommend!!

Let me start off by saying that the photos aren't inaccurate, they just don't tell the whole story, and everything they don't show is what you should worry about.A big plus : the beds were very comfortable, at least the two I laid in (my own putting a kiddo to sleep).1. I don't believe the listing specifically addresses the layout of the home, so I will. 3 bedrooms upstairs, 3 bathrooms upstairs. 2 bedrooms downstairs (queen 2 twins), ZERO bathrooms downstairs. So be prepared that if you need all 5 bedrooms, someone is doing a late-night trudge up & down the stairs.2. The master bath doesn't have a door, it doesn't have a curtain, it doesn't have a THING except full line of sight from the toilet to the bed. There is no fan, the windows have no screens. Any odors produced in there will simply waft out into the bedroom and linger.3. The putt-putt is cute, and we did utilize it. Definitely something fun to do while dinner is cooking to keep kids occupied. However, the backyard as pictured in the listing is about 20% of the actual backyard space. There is work to be done here, there were probably 10 or so long rusty nails partially embedded in the gravel right next to the putt-putt green.In summary : the property is beautifully styled, but unfortunately, comfort seems to have taken a backseat. For the price, we expected a more functional and comfortable stay. While the design choices are funky and fun, the overall value didn't meet our expectations.

This was a great house! We really loved the comfy pillows and bed sheets so much that we will be buying them for our own home. The mattresses were great too! Kids loved the arcade and pool table. We highly recommend!!

We really enjoyed the main living room area with the pool table and NBA Jams. The kids used the Movie Theater room and truly enjoyed that! The outdoor space needs a lot of work so we didn’t use that space at all. The beds and bedding were so comfortable, everyone enjoyed that! The water was turned off to the refrigerator and so no ice maker. The water to the dishwasher was off too when we checked in but it was easy enough to turn on and we ran the dishwasher from the prior tenants. They didn’t have a grill so we ordered from the polish local restaurant and it was Amazing!!! Super close to grocery, restaurants, and shopping.We enjoyed hiking the reservoir across the street and saw all the prairie dogs and beautiful pristine lake!

The property is decorated in a cute way and the neighborhood felt very safe. However, the WiFi didn’t work so that meant we couldn’t work on our laptops, watch tv, or use the movie theater room. The pool table is uneven, so we couldn’t play pool. The backyard pictures you see on the listing show about 1/6 of the yard; the rest is undeveloped and not set up to be used. The “pool” is about 2 ft deep and maybe 5 ft wide, so we couldn’t use that either. One of the showers only has cold water and another only has hot water, and the en suite bathroom in the primary bedroom doesn’t have a door. The neighborhood isn’t walkable, so just know that you’ll need a car to go anywhere. All in all, the property was fine but it was very underwhelming compared to the listing. We made the most of it but wouldn’t stay here again.

A Property Unfit For Guests

musty smell throughout the house and especially in the lower level where there are 2 bedrooms and the theater. It is also about 10 degrees colder at that level. There are noscreens on the fogged up windows. The beds are extremely uncomfotable and there isno bathroom door in the master sweet. Alli Thegrounds are ubkept. All in all this property should not be listed as a vacation rental.

Quick one night visit

We were in town for a CU graduation. The house has a great renovation. It was really fun place to hang out with our group. Great kitchen and bedrooms.
