    Welcome to Palace Lofts, a unique warehouse-style loft with 24/7 concierge service, located in the vibrant heart of LoDo (Lower Downtown). This open loft floor plan offers a spacious and versatile living space, perfect for experiencing the best of city life. Whether you're exploring the city on foot or hopping on the bus right outside your front door, you’ll find this the ideal jumping-off point. And if you have a car, no worries—your stay includes a reserved spot in the covered, secured garage.

    This loft is truly one-of-a-kind, having previously served as a commercial storefront. Now fully residential, it retains its distinctive charm, blending history with modern comforts.

    Inside, you'll discover a large, well-equipped workspace—perfect for remote work—with a printer, cork boards, and all the office supplies you need. The living room invites you to relax with plenty of seating, a smart TV for streaming your favorite shows, and a sound system for immersive entertainment. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your culinary adventures, and the dining table comfortably seats four.
