Definitivamente no se hospeden ahí , al llegar nos hicieron un cargo por 75 dlls , nuestra reservacion estaba completamente pagada con expedia y nos hicieron ese cargo. El establecimiento esta bien , el servicio del front desk malo , no nos explicaron nada , solo que debiamos cubrir 75 dlls mas , nada recomendable

the 75 is a incidental hold not a charge which is standard with all hotels, whcich is any items charged to the room. once the guest checks out the incidental hold is released back to the guest.

Hotel muy bien ubicado y excelentes servicios.
El problema fue que al segundo dia ya había desaparecido mi reservación no encontraban la confirmación de Expedia mis llaves ya no funcionaban y me pidieron mi tarjeta realizando dos cargos que después reembolsaron, al tercer día se corrigió y aparentemente el problema eran mis dos apellidos pero nunca había sucedido.

Was a little dirty for my liking. Candy from previous visitors and non vacuumed floors. Besides lazy house keeping everything and everyone else were great.

Really loved our stay here. Great hotel near to everything: Target, Walmart, Old Navy, The Container Store and many restaurants are in walking distance. The hotel itself was really clean. Comfortable beds. Front desk staff were super helpful and really nice. Only 15 min drive to the airport. Will definitely stay here again when in Denver.

Fantastic location, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and great breakfast. Staff was attentive and helpful. The kitchenette with full refrigerator was a bonus.

Hotel was ok, Sofa bed was awful
Our stay was ok, staff st the front was wonderful. My only complaint would be the pull out sofa couch - the mattress was a joke. Gross and all I felt was springs. Would have been better sleeping on a kindergarten mat.

Don't Stay in Denver
Just avoid DENVER altogether. We took all of our valuables into the hotel with us, yet still, when we woke up in the morning, our car had been broken into, passenger side window smashed to pieces. Traveling cross country in 30 degree weather we obviously couldn't just clean it up and go about our trip. Though the hotel staff was amicable, it was "out of their hands" and we had to file our own police report, wait for the report #, and then wait for the hotel insurance to see if they'd cover the cost of the window replacement. They did NOT. They said that because the hotel has signs that they aren't responsible for theft or loss of personal belongings, the hotel would not pay for any repairs. So lesson learned. NEVER AGAIN.

Hello Elina, We do apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused you. We do try to be as proactive as possible by providing signs to make sure all guests bring in their belongings, unfortunately sometimes this still happens in our city. This is a known issue in the whole city of Denver and in the Central Park area, we are actually seeing this happen less. I hope you do choose to come back to visit our beautiful city one day. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I loved the happy hour that was offered each of the nights that I was there. The food was delicious and the opportunity to connect with others staying at the hotel was a lot of fun. Our room was clean, and the kitchen in our room had everything we needed.

I would never stay here again. There are bed bugs. Mind you, we were there for a funeral. We were moved from a 2 bedroom suite to a one bedroom handicap had to change rooms 3 times. We were told that we would receive a refund for the room and have still yet to receive it. I have been fighting for a month now for my refund. I would never, ever ever recommend or stay at this hotel ever again. The management (Ashley) Agreed to a refund which has still yet to be applied, and they said they never agreed well obviously if there was bed bugs and we were moved rooms it was for a reason. I don't know who wouldn't have asked for some kind of compensation cause I know I did. And have again still yet to receive it. Not to mention that since we book with expedia someone should be resolving the issue But that is yet to happen.. We are trying to see who is going to compensate as expedia is also giving us a hard time Because stayb does not want to pay them well, guess what? That's not my problem when there are bed. Bugs in a hotel crawling on my children's bed and pillow this could be a serious health issue. My daughter is scared to sleep at night. Because she feels that there's always going to be bugs. Clean your hotel better make your customers experience easy and nice clean, and make it a safe environment. And when you promise or say, you are going to do something for a customer who goes through a situation like this at your hotel. Make sure to follow through

Thought it would be a great location, however the security and lighting in the parking lot was not very good. My vehicle was broken into and attempted to be hot wired and stolen. Not very supportive or helpful except for a phone call to room that it happened. No compensation for damages and emotional strain to family. Was offered a “snack” when I left. Room was decent; did have lots of dust in vents and looked like some dead bugs in the lights fixtures.
