Cuando se hospeda por varios días, nadie limpia la habitación, no cambian toallas y si quieres más hay que bajar a la recepción con todas las toallas y te dan más, el personal poco amable, definitivamente no me vuelvo a quedar en Bes Western. Mala experiencia

Hello Gladys.Lamentamos sinceramente que no haya quedado satisfecho con su reciente estadía con nosotros, especialmente con respecto a nuestros procedimientos de limpieza. Proporcionamos a todos los huéspedes entrantes una carta de bienvenida informándoles de nuestro horario de atención y la ubicación de la piscina y el área de desayuno. Además de eso, también explica en detalle cómo operamos los servicios de limpieza. También lo repasamos detalladamente para que no haya malentendidos. El servicio de limpieza para cualquier huésped que se hospede 4 días o menos se realiza SÓLO a pedido. Sin embargo, estaremos encantados de limpiar a diario, solo necesitamos saber si esto es lo que quiere un huésped. Al registrarse, le preguntamos si desea programar el servicio de limpieza a esa hora o si puede llamar a la recepción antes de las 9:00 a. m. para programar la limpieza diaria. Si un huésped no establece un horario de limpieza al momento del check-in o no llama a la recepción antes de las 9:00 a. m., se asume que el huésped no desea ningún servicio para ese día.Una vez más, nos disculpamos si esto no quedó claro.

Great Stay in BW Plus Aurora
El servicio y los colaboradores geniales! el único problema es que las camas son viejas y suenan mucho, y los colchones no son confortables, especialmente por la estadía tan larga que tuvimos de 7 noches. Pero el Hotel es muy conveniente internamente y muy cercano a todo Denver, alrededores, muchas opciones de comida, Supermercado, BestBuy, y demás. El Elevador un poco lento para mi gusto. Pero todo lo demás, excelente. Nos cambiaron de habitación por el problema de la cama, igual no cambió mucho, pero nos atendieron el problema de manera casi inmediata, lo cual es muy valuable.

Mi estancia hera con el fin de descansar y me encuentro que el elevador no funciona. Que el Jacuzzi tampoco hospedaron el el 4 piso... por lo que si fue molesto no poder disfrutar un buen descanso.

Hello Ronald.Thank you for letting us know about your recent stay. For future reference, we do have a small amount of standard style rooms with bathtubs & our ADA rooms also offer bathtubs. Please feel free to reach out to the hotel to verify a room with a tub will be available for any future stays with us.
