"Staff were amazing on reception and a shout out to the male manager(?) next door at Beefeater! Excellent service! Room was sufficient for our needs the only thing that would be great would be a smart tv in the room!"

"Staff were great, the hotel looked stunning and the grounds were amazing. The breakfast was delicious too. The room we had was in the attic so I kept hitting my head, the main light in the room was above the doorway which was around a corner so didn’t really help at all. There was water and hair in the bottom of the shower when we arrived as if someone had only just had a shower. There were patches of damp in the room around the window and on the ceiling."

"I have to say that the hotel met absolutely my expectations. The room was comfortable, nice and clean. Furthermore the hotel staff was really nice and friendly. The only negative aspect was the cleaning of the toilet once we were staying in the room. For instance, in 4 nights we had the same towels although, I imagine that they would have solved the problem inmediately if I had notified it. In general, everything was quite good. I strongly recommend it."

Los cuartos son espaciosos y las camas son realmente cómodas, pero es decepcionante la limpieza, la tina estaba extremadamente sucia, en especial el desagüe, no es agradable bañarse en un lugar así. El gimnasio cuenta con mucho equipo variado y eso es un 10,...

"We had a good stay at Premier Inn Durham North overall. When we arrived, there was an issue with our booking payment. We had already paid through Expedia, but at reception we were initially told that the payment had not gone through and that we would need to pay the full amount again. The receptionist was not very friendly at first and said that this was not their problem, which felt quite stressful after a long journey. In the end, he made a phone call and we were given our room, so the issue...

"Muy bonito, la habitación muy amplia, con baño privado. Un desayuno variado que incluye el típico "English breakfast" además de diferentes tipos de cereales, fruta, yogures... Lo mejor es que aceptan mascotas. "

"I didn’t actually stay here I checked in and was shown to the room I went in the smell was over whelming the sheets on the bed look dirty the flooring was worn with gaps and had not been hoovered. I left as I would not stay in such a dump and booked in another hotel "

"We booked the cottage and were so glad we did. The photos although good, don’t really do it justice. The bedroom opens out onto a spacious balcony with good quality wooden table and chairs. The view is very serene, as you can see the river. The hot tub is really amazing. It was very clean and we were shown how to use it properly. If anything it was a little hot at 40c. It kept this heat for several hours. Bathroom was beautiful. Living room immaculate. And a 2nd bathroom with toilet and shower....

"The staff were great however the hotel is looking very dated. The door frame looked like it had been kicked in more than once. The carpets, curtains and overall decor were really old. That said, the room was clean yet basic."
