I should have listened to my gut on this one. Our check in time was 4pm. 4:08pm. I contacted them because the cleaning crew was still there, I was advised that we needed to be patient, and they were hurrying and to allow "5 more minutes". We got into the house at approx. 4:45, the house was still FILTHY. The back yard was covered in large dog poop as well as dog waste bags that had been discarded on the side of the house. We had to clean the yard up prior to letting our dog's roam. The amount of large dust "bunnies" left behind was also unreal for a "CLEAN" house. The furniture in the photos is not accurate, and the only area rug had AWFUL stains on it. The icing on the cake was that after having a 300.00 grocery order delivered, the next day we discovered that the fridge didn't work. Ice-cream was liquid and everything a coolish room temp. After hours of fighting for a fridge so we didn't loose food we were provided one that was apartment size and FULL of maggots upon delivery and installation We were sent a box of bath soaps to the house as a "hope this fixes things". We left that at the house and have been denied any adequate form of compensation for this stay. This house also shares a direct fence line with a cow farm. The smell, and noises were present daily. We are a Midwest family, so this was normal, but for others it could pose an issue** I am omitting all the poop photos, so this remains family friendly **
