"Such a unique and lovely spot! Perfect for our weekend getaway. So many small touches that made us feel so welcomed. I didn’t pay attention to the pictures to notice it’s lifted out of the water, but with the wind & rain overnight we were thankful as we still heard the water lapping underneath but didn’t get the same rolling all of the nearby docked boats had. Just steps from the Big Owl Tiki Bar where we had the best crabcake sandwiches. Will definitely be back, thanks again! "

"This was a great place to stay while we were dropping our daughter off for her sr. year at DSU! The location was central to her house in Camden, the beaches in Rehoboth and nature/marsh/beaches of southern Delaware Bay. We really enjoyed getting ice cream and walking the riverwalk. "Ranch at Royal Oak is a great house with a spectacular host. The communication was stellar. The house is in excellent condition with everything you need right at the house. The kitchen is fully stocked with high end towels, linens, utensils, glasses, knives, bowls, plates, etc. The kids and adults loved the pool and fishing on the dock. Access to St. Michael's is very easy. We will be back!"

"We had a fabulous time at this location. The house is beautiful. Everything was spotless and stocked with everything we needed. Holly and Nash were very responsive and accommodating to us, even to go as far as ordering something for my baby to use at the house. The house is beautifully decorated and has so many things to do and not even have to leave, fire pit, hot tub, games, pool table plus and amazing master shower!!!
