Das Zimmer in dem ich war hat ein paar Mängel Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und nett Beim Frühstück ein bisschen mehr Auswahl vielleicht ein Salat oder Obst wäre gut Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt und das Bett neu angerichtet

Well, everyone was kind, breakfast was super delicious ! I would say that for me ... a couple of nights was do-able because I was gone from 7am-11pm and only came back to sleep and shower. I think for the price, it is well worth it. Just be careful of the Arthropods that come out at night, Take your trash out and just keep your room clean and you will be good. I did not u se the pool, it looked lovely. There was a pregnant cat drinking pool water that I ended up feeding and leaving a cup for ... my neighbor would feed the strays,, super cool. Remember that this is a neighborhood for many, not just a typical stay - be respectful of the culture and appreciate the space has the basic necesities. Food, shelter, very hot water, and a comfy bed. Don't look for fresh paint and swept corners, just enjoy Bali and quit tripping! Enjoy!

From the pic published was nice, but when I arrived the fridge was broken. The property wasn’t look after. There was a hole next to the bed. I won’t come again until they renovate the hotel.

The staff were all super friendly and helpful! The room was smaller than I thought and I hit my head on the ceiling a few times. Thick dust that hadn't been cleaned in years in some corners and edges. But house keeping cleaned everyday and were always very curtious.

Hotel is different from what it shows in the pics

Room needs lot of maintenance, bathroom shower,taps full of hard scale, no proper ventilation, windows shut sealed, lot of mosquitoes in bed room, insects at the kitchen, upstairs bedroom window net is broken, room smelled of tobacco, entire apartment floor had a tilt, evident from shower drain, had to leave the hotel after 1 night stay. 1 night money was refunded

We only stayed one night and I’m so thankful. First off, the ENTIRE room was slanted, all three floors. At times it felt like I was walking downhill from one side of the room to the next. The bottom level was very small, I am 5’10ft and there was maybe one inch in between my head and the ceiling. Secondly, everything was dirty, it seems that the only cleaning they do is fixed the bed and Changed the trash bags. Definitely not up to normal standards of cleaning. Our bed mosquito net had insect droppings on the top, not a great view when you’re trying to sleep. Everything was dusty, the ceilings and walls had moth casings and dead insects on them. The bathrooms were awful… I can’t even. Thirdly, do not come here without bug spray! When we came in everything seemed fine, as soon as we started to make ourselves at home about 30 mosquitoes came from everywhere. We had bug spray so we were able to quickly kill them, but we discovered there is a window broken and open but covered with the curtains. Of course bugs will get in that way. Lastly, the design just felt poor. The lobby is outside, not ideal in a hot congested area, even all the staff was sweating. There was no path to our room so we had to carry and drag our luggage over rocks and a broken, grassy pathway. Also no signs for the entrance and then a huge step that was also troubling with our luggage. That being said, staff were great and very accommodating. If it was more than a night, most issues could’ve been fixed.

Very nine experience. Big rooms, very good service. Shop and restaurants near by. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

It was a terrible experience during my stay here. There were mosquitoes, later the hotel got flooded overnight and I had to escape by swimming as there were no any rescue team or anyone to help out.I would never recommend anyone to stay here

What you would expect for the price

staff were very friendly but when entering the hotel room it smelt musty. The tv didn't work and we could only connect to the internet when outside. The sheets hadnt been changed and the bathroom wasnt cleaned. However We were given cold drinks on arrival and the staff were very helpful with calling taxis. The bed was comfy and the air conditioning was great. Not fancy but definitely worth the price.

Blood and fecal stains on wall. Mouldy bathroom. Checked out after one night. Staff told us they couldn’t refund remaining time themselves as it was an online booking and we had to go through wotif to refund. Contacted wotif and are being told the hotel is refusing a refund. Not as advertised at all, very unclean and dodgy. Avoid.

Rundum zufrieden!

Das Personal war ausgesprochen nett. Wir kamen erst gegen 23:00 Uhr an und der Check in ging unkompliziert und war zu solch später Stunde keine Problem. Frühstück und vor allem das Abendessen sind sehr zu empfehlen. Die Anlage ist etwas kleiner, aber wirklich sehr gepflegt und einen sehr schönen Pool. Wir hatten das Deluxe Zimmer, es war geräumig und sauber, einzig das Bad hätte besser sein können. Für den Preis waren wir rundum zufrieden und können es jedem weiterempfehlen.

its ok for its price. A bit old apartment. But we enjoyed our holiday.

Not so good

No taxi driver knew where the hotel was. There was a leak in the bathroom. No toilet supplies. The only thing good was free wifi and a nice bed
