Nautical décor and local photographs carry the beach theme throughout. The eat-in kitchen has white cabinets, glass top range, subway tile backsplash, and a breakfast bar. Hardwood floors throughout and recessed lighting in the living room, kitchen and bathroom. Air conditioners and ceiling fans in the bedrooms ensure a good night sleep. Bathroom has a tub, pedestal sink, and washer/dryer. Step outside and you’ll enjoy a large brick patio with patio table/chairs/umbrella, and gas grill for outside dining. A beautiful & private landscaped yard with an enclosed outdoor shower provides an area to relax after the beach.
