This house is well located and nicely decorated. You can tell someone put a lot of thought into putting It together. And if we only had to look at it, it would have been great. Unfortunately, many things about the house were impractical and there were a lot of issues.As mentioned the stairs are very steep. Our own house is old and has steep stairs so I thought I knew what we were getting into but these were so vertical they’re more like a ladder and very treacherous. I’m confused about the other reviews that said they stayed here with multiple generations because it’s definitely not conducive to children or anyone over the age of 50. All three main bedrooms are upstairs and they’re all interconnected which is a bit awkward, especially because the bathrooms are downstairs.There was a patch of tile missing in one bathroom with the pieces piled up. Someone cut their foot on one of the fragments. The shower in that bathroom also didn’t work so we had to use the outdoor showers and the guest house shower the whole time. Both refrigerators were leaking on and off. The listing clearly says there is a dishwasher but there isn’t one in either house which is really a pain with a bigger group of people. We could only get one local news channel to work on the TV. We raised some of these issues with the management company while we were there and to their credit they responded quickly. But it was not the overall experience we thought we were getting at this price.
