- Immaculately clean, charming duplex unit completely renovated! Only .3 miles to Sea St beach. Quick walk to local hot spots: Dog House Restaurant, Woolfies Bakery and Cleat and Anchor! Updated kitchen, appliances and bathroom, hardwood floors, skylight and cathedral ceilings. 5000 BTU air conditioners in living room and master bedroom. Front porch and a rear 6’x7’ deck with picnic table. Outdoor area also includes gas grill and lawn chairs. Home includes cable TV and WiFi.
Note: Bath is shower only.

Great vacation rental in a great location! It was cute, super clean and only a 10 minute walk to the beach and our favorite breakfast spot, The Wee Packet. We loved the front screened in porch and the back deck. Hope to go back next year. A big thank you to the owners and Martha Murray Real Estate!

Very nice, clean, well-stocked, six minute walk to Sea Street Beach (I timed it), about the same to Wolfie's. Ample TV options. Second bedroom has an adult-sized twin bed. Screened in porch in front, small porch in back.

The space was great, clean and comfortable! Perfect location! Love the little deck just off the master bedroom. Window AC in one of the bedrooms and living room but not in second bedroom. Had everything as far as kitchen items and many paper items graciously left by other renters. Excellent stay. Will definitely be back!

We loved our stay in the cozy, super clean duplex in Dennisport! The location is great within walking distance to Sea Street Beach, The Wee Packet and The Sailing Cow restaurants, The Ocean Bar, etc. The kitchen is nice and fully stocked. We enjoyed the small front enclosed porch and back deck. We’re looking forward to our stay next year!

We had another wonderful vacation in good old Cape Cod! Our two bedroom duplex was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed coffee in the closed in porch and star gazing on the back deck. The location is great and within walking distance to Sea Street Beach, the Wee Packet, the Ocean Bar, The Sailing Cow (our favorite), The Doghouse, Wolfie’s, and many other great hot spots. We’ve been renting with Martha Murray Real Estate for years now, and they are always so efficient, helpful, and organized making renting in the Cape a breeze. We’re looking forward to our stay next year! Thank you!

Dennis Port stay
Upon arrival the owner happily greeted us. The house was clean, well appointed and comfortable. I chose this property mainly because it has 2 bedrooms and air conditioning. I was not disappointed. You're within walking distance of Sundae School (a must stop) and lovely beaches.
