Great Cape Visit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an outstanding week. This property and MMVR were great. Their rapid, effective solution to a suddenly appearent wasp problem was perfect. What a house! Terrific!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was beautiful and breezy. The yard is fenced in so my son could play without me worrying, and it had the most gorgeous hydrangeas. We grilled and roasted marshmallows in the fire pit. The walk to the beach was so short and easy. We adored this home and would certainly stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been coming to the Cape for over 25 years and our family has expanded to now include our two children and three granddaughters. The interior is spacious, very contemporary, fully stocked, and airy and bright. The outside area is fully enclosed and perfect for relaxing. The outdoor shower is the best! Being so close to the beach is heavenly. Highly recommend this rental.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is beautiful and close to the beach. All the beds were very uncomfortable, no comforter on the bedroom on first floor, no closet in bedroom on first floor. Gas grill pictured on your website was not there, had to use the built in grill which did not work very well, we could only get the temperature up to 250 degrees The chairs in LR need to be cleaned Bedroom mattress really need upgrading

Another Wonderful Cape Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was perfect for our family. Enough space (and enough bathrooms) for everyone. Great location, minutes from the beach; easy to drive to other area locations. Home was clean and had ample kitchen supplies for cooking. TWO issues--the gas grill is in the basement. We didn't see it there until the day we left (who keeps the grill in the basement, and how were we supposed to get it OUT of the basement?) Also, the listing needs to be updated. All of the bedrooms have queen beds. The listing said one was a full; we brought full sheets--didn't fit! Martha Murray office is convenient and friendly. Would rent again.
