Amazing in every way

The property was just perfect! It was a girls' trip for 2 of us. The condo was set up perfectly so we each had our own space. We picked up groceries and had mimosas and bagels on the balcony over looking the ocean every morning. We went out exploring during the day and ate charcuterie and wine on the balcony every night. We were able to watch the fireworks from our balcony on the 4th of July. We also watched movies when we got home in the evening and it was great that we could access Netflix and Amazon.

Cape Cod vacation

The condo was just perfect. Check-in very easy as we arrived late. Condo was clean with all the kitchen things we needed. We ate breakfast every morning before we left for our day. Beach front a few yards from back door which is just what we wanted. You can even hear the waves from living room and bedrooms. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect

Perfect getaway for our family of 3 and our dog. There was enough room for 6 with the pullout couch. Great location and amazing view of the ocean with private beach. Walkable to the Ocean House, Wee Packet and other restaurants, and 5 minute drive to even more. Very new building and the unit is very updated. Only complaint is that the sprinklers go on very early - 9pm, so we weren’t able to use the deck at night due to the mist.

Not Relaxing

While the property was as described and well-appointed, the reason I booked this property was the deck, oceanfront view, and beach. I wanted a couple of days of relaxing and listening to ocean waves. Though what we got were two full days of jack hammering right in the courtyard. All day Friday (way past normal working hours) and also on Saturday. I paid for wave sounds and instead got loud construction noise. You could not sit on the deck or by the beach in peace. I feel like I was mislead especially because the owners would have known seeing it was right on the property.

Great Property. Beautiful inside. Clean and tidy. Well stocked for multiple days. Kitchen is loaded. You won’t need to bring much. Bright walls and tasteful nautical decor are calming and will remind you you’re steps from the beach. The location is wonderful and close to many places a traveler will need. We would stay again. A brand new building and rooms with well-designed floor plans with a water view from every room will sure to please. Watching the sunrise from the balcony is spectacular!

Great home base

This was a great spot for us to use as a base to explore the cape on our first trip. It was easy to find, lots of interesting things nearby, and easy drive to the national seashore beaches. We'd definitely stat again. The only confusion we had was that there was no parking pass in the unit as the directions said there would be. We messaged the manager but they never got back to us. We left a note on our dashboard, though, and that seemed to work.

Well equiped condo right on the beach.

This condo was lovely and stocked with many supplies to make your stay easier. The view of the beach was wonderful. The window in one of the bedrooms was shattered but had been taped up. I would recommend this condo to anyone staying on Cape Cod.

Spectacular Location!

My wide and I spent the weekend to celebrate our anniversary. The property was perfect! It was so clean, which is always important to us. Everything was perfect, it is spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The weather wasn't great, but we managed to sit on the private beach for a while and enjoyed the view from the balcony. There are so many great restaurants and places to shop in the area as well. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to visit Cape Cod.

Beautiful condo. Nicely decorated. Our weather was not great so we were unable to enjoy the beach. Only complaint was that the shower temp never got truly hot, only warm.

Very Nice

My sister and I stayed for three nights. We loved the condo. Very clean!! Smelled clean!! The kitchen was fully stocked. Bathrooms had all the necessity and bedrooms were comfortable. We would stay in this condo again. The only problems were one beach chair was broken and I called immediately. They replaced the chair on the last day of out visit. Took too long!! I called at least three times to find out when we would get one. The second one was I would of liked to have basic cable with local channels. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay!!

Fantastic!

Very well equipped property! Beach chairs, umbrella, towels, plenty of kitchenware. Very clean and beautiful. Seems brand new! The beach was small, but private and beautiful. Only recommendation is something for the bed tops, they are very very hard.
