Occasionally, circuit breakers might be tripped. If the circuit breaker for the water pump of the HVAC system is tripped and not reset, it can lead to condensation water leakage into the hallway. The circuit breaker panel is located behind a picture near the unit's entrance door. (2) For optimal HVAC system efficiency and to prevent AC ice buildup, it's advisable to maintain a consistent thermostat setting, such as 70°F, and keep windows closed. If temperature adjustments are necessary, it's best to do so gradually, changing by 1 or 2 degrees at a time. Making large temperature changes in a single step, like going from 75°F to 65°F, can result in ice accumulation. (3) The entry hallway is cleaned on a weekly basis. To help maintain its cleanliness, kindly rinse your feet after returning from the beach. (4) The beach is a dynamic environment, subject to constant change. Sand, seashells, seaweed, and other elements come and go naturally. (5) If vents and filters require cleaning or replacement, please inform me as soon as possible.
