"Staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival and lovely to speak to throughout our short stay. The hotel is immaculately kept and tastefully furnished. Our room was spacious (family room with a queen bed and bunk beds for our 2 children was a dream for them) and had great amenities. Bathroom was clean and basic toiletries were supplied along with shaving and dental kits. Enjoyed our short stay and would highly recommned."

"Booked "dog-friendly room" (it's handy to have that description in the room information when booking as otherwise I'd ring the hotel before booking to check if dogs are ok in room we're booking, so thanks for that). Note that £30pn is charged on top of room rate for a dog. It was a premium room, so had a lounge area with tv (Disney etc) & separate bedroom area. All very clean and comfy. Keiran was very welcoming on reception and offered to book us in for breakfast. We arrived late and no food...

"The Copper Beeches is a 15 minute walk from the South Downs Way. I received a very warm welcome and my stay couldn’t have been better. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Thank you so much. "

"We had a lovely stay. Andrew was a great host and showed us everything we needed. The bar was humming and our dinner was fabulous.
We had a great nights sleep. The renovated bathroom was excellent and had a nice big shower. Room 2 was lovely overall.
Breakfast in the morning was excellent..
Overall we had a lovely overnight stay at the Cricketers Inn and would not hesitate to stay here again when in the area. "
