Nice big hotel. Cool Pool and very close to Natural park and ruins. Shame the food was terrible (both room service and breakfast).

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue maravillosa, es un hotel muy bien ubicado rodeado de mucha área verde y de mucha paz, es un hotel ideal si quieres ir a relajarte y disfrutar de paz y tranquilidad, muy cerca de las aguas termales de pamukkale, es un hotel viejo pero muy bien mantenido y renovado constantemente, cuentas con muchas áreas de esparcimiento y el spa thermal centre se los recomiendo, en cuanto a la comida no es muy variada pero esta bien, si tomas el paquete de media pensión debo informarles que en la cena no está incluida la bebida y los precios son elevados, el personal por lo general es Atento y habla inglés, sin embargo yo tuve mala experiencia con el personal del spa centre, esta personal no hablaba inglés y no obtuvimos la información necesaria para el uso de dichas instalaciones, en mi caso uno de los empleados de ahí fue bastante desatento e incluso mostró su desconformidad con malas caras y mostrando su molestia por darnos las instrucciones necesarias. Creo que es un caso aislado ya que el otro personal siempre fue atento y muy dispuestos en atendernos. En conclusión es un hotel muy agradable para descansar y disfrutar de paz y tranquilidad en todas sus áreas. Os lo recomiendo.

Old and dirty.
NOT a five star hotel for sure. The facility is old and run down. Pools are too small for the hotel capacity. Pool area is slippery and dirty. Pool outside access door slammed on my feet and cut my heel open. Beds were extremely uncomfortable.

No information about the hotel was given at the reception. Even though the hotel was very empty, I was given the room furthest away from center of hotel. Dinner is not good at all It is an open buffet but water is sold with money. The thermal pool is very small and one section is not working. The bed is not good at all. The internet is very bad - slow Breakfast products are of poor quality. The restaurant chef is very rude to people.

We really liked the amenities, the hotel has a nice indoor/outdoor pool and Turkish bath and nice hot spring (with separate indoor /outdoor pool). It really exceeded my expectation. The hotel included the breakfast and dinner, which basically will cover the whole day if you are OK having only 2 meals a day. Overall we enjoyed staying there, Thanks to all staff and management...

This hotel has nothing to do with 5 Stars! If we would talking about 2 Stars we could talk about an intermediate rating, but this hotel and room was terrible! Dirty, damaged furniture, low quality at all!

It has thermal pools which makes it interesting. They have a red pool which is a hot pool with red clay, indoor pool, outdoor pool, Turkish bath, sauna, jacuzzi. Accommodation is basic but clean. Breakfast and dinner is included and they have a lot of options specially for dinner! Really a unique and fun hotel!

We stayed only one night and most of the next day since we had a late flight out and got late check out for 3 pm. The staff were great. The breakfast and dinner were included and were good but not at the level of other hotels we stayed at in Turkey. There are multiple pools including a 25 meter square outdoor pool, an outdoor kiddie pool. A large indoor hot pool and kiddie pool and whirlpool. Finally there is the red pool. This I think may be natural mineral water but is was brown, had leaves and things floating in it and there was a wasp infestation near there. The other pools were great.

Great hotel! Friendly and welcoming staff. Clean rooms. Large and tasty selection of food for breakfast and dinner. One downside during our stay was that the outside pool was not working (end dates changed every day).

The hotel is very large. It is designed for tour buses coming through. The front staff were very helpful. The rooms are adequate and clean. A little outdated but was in good condition and the beds were comfortable.

Kaliteli ve konforlu bir tatil deneyimi
Oda konforu çok yüksek, yataklar rahat. Kahvaltı ve akşam yemeğindeki yemeklerin tadı da kalitesi de güzeldi. Çalışanlar ilgili,yardımsever ve çözüm odaklı. Tek yaşanan sıkıntı ,aşırı yoğunluk durumunda birimler arasında bir senkron olamama durumu oluştu fakat hızlıca çözüldü. Otel yönetimine ve çalışma ekibine teşekkür ederiz. Eklenmeseni isteyeceğim tek şey böyle yüksek kalite hizmet veren bir yerde puro kül tablasını da envanterinize katmanız olabilir. Teşekkürler

Restoran çalışanları son derece profesyonel ve samimiydiler 🎉 ayrıca housekeeping hizmetleri gayet iyiydi, spada kese yapan bali’li çalışanlar çok iyi hizmet verdiler. Resepsiyon yogunluk sebebiyle maalesef yetersizdi !

We enjoyed the great pools and sauna this place offers. We were surprised to learn that a free dinner buffet was included. We thought there’d only be breakfast. There’s a large variety of food options to choose from. The room wasn’t as spectacular to be called “five-star”, but the room was clean and the shower was great. We came here for the spa anyway, and it’s a memorable experience

Saubere Anlage, sehr freundliches Team, leckerer Wein, tolles Essen. Thermalbad ist sehr heiss und entspannend. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch für einen Besuch bei den weißen Kaskaden von Pamukkale( Hierapolis).

Pamukkale seyahati düşünen aileler için güzel bir tercih. Çevre düzenlemesi oldukça güzel. Otel çalışanları güler yüzlü. Kahvaltı ve akşam yemeklerinde çeşit çoktu ve geneli lezzetliydi. Tekrar konaklamak isteyebileceğim bir otel.
