"Great place! It was clean when we arrived and there were no surprises. The photos in the ad are accurate in their presentation of the cottage and area. One small quibble is that the PaddleBoard is not easy to inflate so if you want good watercraft be prepared to bring your own. We had bad weather but the cottage was nice and cozy and we relaxed and read and ate and drank. Thanks!"

"We had such an amazing week at this cottage, wished we had rented it for longer! The location is peaceful and quiet, the sound of the Palmer Rapids in the distance at night was like listening to the ocean. The cottage was very well equipped with everything you need, (especially the kitchen), comfortable beds and furniture, and we loved sitting out on the screened porch to read, eat or lie in the hammock. "Honestly, just a beautiful cottage with gorgeous water and a lovely dock. Lots of trees, lovely sunsets/sunrises, a big fire pit — the place that had everything we needed and more. I can’t say enough about Brad’s place. We really loved our week here. Brad, too, was great, and made the check-in and check-out super easy. "The location was close access to our wedding venue! Derek the owner responded quickly each time to my inquiries! It was comfortable and there is a store close by. You need to bring drinking water which was not an issue. The kitchen was functional but could you some TLC as well as the screen door to the deck which was difficult to open and close and the screen broken.
