"Highly recommend this Vrbo! It is an upstairs apartment with beautiful views out all windows. The snowy mountains in the back and the snowy Christmas trees in the front made for a winter wonderland! It was -30 during our stay and the heater provided plenty of warmth and we never ran out of hot water. Close to the park and close to the grocery store. We had a couple unique things pop up before staying and the owners were very understanding and accommodating. Thanks for an amazing stay! "

"Excellent stay! Beautiful little cabin. I was hoping for two beds not one bed and the sofa sleeper. Not sure how I misunderstood this but we both did sleep well. Thank you for agreeing to the late check-out of noon. We really appreciated that after arriving so late from Fairbanks. Will recommend and will book again!"

"The listing did not mention that he had more than one cabin. We arrived late in the evening which made it challenging to find. It is definitely off the beaten path and would probably be a bit easier to find during the day. When we arrived at we thought was our cabin we put in the door code that was provided and walked in and much to our surprise there was another guest there. I'm sure we scared her death walking in and we were surprised by someone else being there. The other guest told us...

"We had a great stay at the Chinook Bear. The place was very clean, tidy, and had everything that we could have asked for. Only a mile away from the town center, it made for an easy walk or very fast drive. We would definitely stay again!"
