This was our 3rd stay at the downtown loft. We dont really cook but enjoyed use of the Keurig for our morning coffee. We love coming back here after our days out and about in beautiful N Georgia. Parking is so convenient right outside the door and the bed is really comfortable. This unit has kinda become our home away from home for visiting up here - we will definitely be back

The location is excellent, close to many small towns in NE GA and walking distance to dining. The apartment was attractive and clean with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. Check-in and out went smoothly as did communication with host. We would definitely stay there again.

We have now stayed at one or another of these properties on 3 occasions. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Also convenient with parking at the front door and so easy to come and go. I am sure we will be back.

We stayed in apartment c. It was clean, comfortable and very elegantly decorated. The property managers were quick to respond via messaging. We will stay here again.

Perfect get away

Downtown loft was perfect. My daughter is an athlete at Piedmont University, I came to visit during spring break since she had practices and downtown loft was a perfect location. We enjoyed staying here with it so close to everything we needed. Will definitely be back.

Weekend visit with our college daughter

The downtown Loft was perfect for our visit with our daughter that attends Piedmont University. The loft was very clean and super cozy! The beds are also very comfortable. The pictures are great but it’s even better in person. We would definitely recommend staying there. 5 out of 5 stars!

Great location for Piedmont visit

I enjoyed my stay at this very cute condo. It is well decorated, comfortable and has everything needed for a couple or small family. The location near the University and restaurants is a huge plus. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. I will definitely stay here again in the next few years while my daughter is at Piedmont.

Lovely Stay with Excellent Host Support

We had a great stay at this property in Demorest, GA. It was clean, quiet, and very comfortable, with easy parking just a few feet from the front door. Check-in was a breeze, and the location in peaceful downtown Demorest was perfect for exploring the scenic North Georgia mountains. We did have a small issue with the water heater at first, but the owner responded immediately and resolved it quickly—hot showers for the rest of the trip! Overall, a great experience and would definitely stay again.

Perfection

This beautiful space was spotlessly clean, conveniently located, & exceptionally peaceful. Every amenity I needed was available. Check-in was a piece of cake, & the host answered all my questions before I even needed to ask. The king bed is very soft, for those who enjoy a pillowy mattress. Cozy, comfortable stay. Can't wait to return!

The Downtown Loft is delightful.

We are delighted with our stay at the Havens at Hazel. We were in the Downtown Loft. The facilities were excellent. We appreciate the full refrigerator and freeze. The shower is amazing. The hosts are great folks. They gave us extra assistance that we needed. We will certainly be staying there again as we have family in the area.

It was so clean and spacious, the air conditioning worked really great which was nice since it was so hot! The beds were very comfortable, there was lots of seating available for family to visit. The only thing i would suggest is some baking pans and a few more stove pots and pans.

Great property and convenient location!

Needed someplace convenient to the college and this was just the thing! Great location to a couple restaurants and coffee shop as well as within walking distance to the school. Perfectly described and well maintained property. Such a cute place with all you might need while away! Owners are very responsive to messages and very friendly! A true gem! Will definitely be back.

Excellent place and owner. VRBO website could improve

The place was lovely. Just perfect for us. The hosts were communicative and friendly. My less than perfect review comes from my frustration with VRBO forcing me to sign up with three additional sites. I couldn’t log in to talk to my host until I did. Now I have one password for multiple sites who all want to have my data and email address. Thanks a lot.
