Nice hidden cabin way back toward Mt Baker!

Nice amount of space and had everything. Wish the heater didn't make such a buzz. Can't turn it off. The beds are firm( very) and covers are low quality. The hot tub worked, but low water level made the jets quite weak. The Wi-Fi uses the router for an elaborate password. The TV didn't work well, the remote didn't work and could come on by itself. Fireplace worked and wood was provided.

A great spot for location

We enjoyed our stay, felt safe in the home. Easy to check in and out. Property is a little outdated and the listing offers a quantity of toilet paper and paper towels that weren’t actually offered, with limited access to replenish needs recommended to bring what you need and you’ll enjoy the stay.

Excellent stay

We celebrated my child’s 16th birthday here with friends this weekend. The house was a great space. Very cozy and comfortable. Kitchen was well supplied, hot tub was awesome and woodsy location was lovely!

Amazing Location and Amenities

Very easy check in process for after hour check in. The fire place and hot tub added to the atmosphere. Very close to the ski resort for snowshoeing, skiing, and hiking.

Classic Cabin

This is a classic ski cabin, Glacier style. It is super comfortable if not entirely up to date. But analog clocks and CD and VHS players are part of the charm. The hot tub is hot, the couches are comfortable, and the fireplace works. It is quiet and in the back of Baker Rim by the river. Would rent again.

Weekend getaway

Booked this cabin for a weekend getaway with my boyfriend. Was so peaceful and cozy. Never wanted to leave. There were a lot of bugs outside especially around the hot tub and back deck but Its summer so I knew to expect that. Just would’ve enjoyed being in the hot tub more if there was a mosquito net around it. would definitely rent this cabin again just probably in the winter this time. Otherwise great experience for the both of us!

Idyllic mountain getaway

Everything was wonderful in this clean, cozy, homey cabin! Very well-equipped kitchen, comfy bed, great fireplace, private back deck (sitting in the hot tub at night listening to the river was the best!), excellent proximity to Mount Baker. It's hard to imagine a better place to stay in the area. We really appreciated the check-in/check-out process; the management company goes out of their way to make things easy. We will stay here again!

Nice Chalet close to Mt. Baker

Love the fireplace and it was great to be able to have a fire while the snow was falling outside. Pretty much as close to Mt. Baker as you can stay so the morning driving is short

Quaint and quiet

Such a great experience here! First time in the PNW and we loved the little space! Very cozy and had everything we needed. The back deck was honestly our favorite. Highly recommend if you’re looking to disconnect!

Family Ski Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this charming little cabin. Spent our evenings by the wood burning fireplace - which was awesome after a day on the slopes. The hot tub was great! Kids loved being outside in the hot tub while it was snowing.

Needs thorough Cleaning...

This was one of the most dirty cabin we gave ever stayed. The kitchen drawers and shelves definitely need a thorough cleaning. We were shocked at the state of the bathtub and toilet. The water took very long to drain. The next day, the flush overflowed and there was water all over the bathroom floor. The management could not get anyone to clean till noon and the housekeeping did the final cleaning at 1.30pm. There is no network in the area and the office could not call the cleaners till they reported. So, basically we wasted half a day here. I feel very very sad that the housekeeping lady who cleaned the bathroom was not provided any gloves. She mopped with 2 small towels draining the water in the sink. She took the drenched mat with her when she left but did not even have a replacement bathroom floor mat. I can definitely say that since we had to stay there and had no choice, we cleaned the cabin as much as we could waiting to leave.

Ideal Location, Enchanting Surroundings

We had a lovely time staying here, and the cabin could not have been situated more perfectly. It truly is a magical setting. The only thing keeping this property from 5 stars is the outdated things in need of replacing as well as the very limited kitchen items to cook with. We wanted rustic and a cabin-like feel, but the rugs in all areas were so old/dingy we felt the need to wear shoes at all times, which made it feel less comfortable. A few other things were in disrepair around the house. The hot tub water was also very smelly and milky colored, but I know we checked in on a busy day so I'm sure they just weren't able to attend to it within enough time- I'm assuming this is not a regular occurrence. With some small adjustments this property could be 5 stars easily. We would definitely definitely rent with this same lodging company again, they were great management, and would love to stay in the same neighborhood (it's perfect!) but might seek a more updated spot for the next stay.

The property was located pretty much as close to Artist Point as you can be, which was very convenient for us. The neighborhood/area was nice and quiet. The house had everything we needed and was great for the 2 of us.

Amazing cabin in secluded setting

Our family had an amazing stay at this cabin. It’s very secluded with tons of privacy. We have 2 & 4 year old daughters and they loved the loft, hot tub.l, and fire place. It rained most of the time we were there which was actually a lot of fun. You can hear the rain hitting the roof and falling on the trees all around, and you can sit in the somewhat tree covered hot tub and enjoy all the weather around you while relaxing. We thought that the water behind the cabin was a river, but it turns out that it’s a small creek that can’t be seen or walked to from the cabin, but you can still hear it. To get to the creek, you have to go to the clubhouse which is a short drive/medium walk away. One note: your paperwork will emphasize that keys need to be returned on your checkout day by noon. We focused on that time and had plenty of time to spare To return the keys by noon (the office is about 20minutes away), but the cleaning lady showed up at 10:58 and gave us a significant guilt trip that we weren’t out already. I mentioned this to the nice lady at the office and she was apologetic and said they try to give people plenty of extra time to get out. Our poor experience was isolated to just the rude cleaning lady, but still, keep in mind that you may get hassled if you’re not out by 11 on the dot. Other than that, we would highly recommend this cabin!
