Rooms were clean but bathrooms very run down. Waffles and toast offered for breakfast but no butter. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is a MOTEL not a hotel. We booked an ADA accessible room and while the clerk did warn us that the door didn’t completely work, there was literally nothing accessible about the room, including the ACCORDIAN style bathroom door that was cracked so it didn’t stay on the track. We had points so our out of pocket was minimal. But that’s probably the only good thing about the trip other than the fact that it was only one night so we could leave!

They changed my room 3 times and I finally left. I would like a refund. Plumbing doesn't work in some rooms. It was 80 degrees in another room and the tub faucet dripped, and the drain was clogged. The tub was full of water and I couldn't get it to drain. The last room was extremely noisy and had excessive visible rodent feces in the fan system. I was uncomfortable with using the climate control because these feces would ventilate through the room. The whole building is unfinished and very dirty. The main kitchen was also dirty with grease build up and mops, mop bucket, brooms and other cleaning supplies stored on the floor near food prep areas. This was the most unsanitary hotel I've ever attempted to stay at. I expressed my frustration and was told that even if I asked Expedia for a refund, the owner of the hotel refuses refunds no matter what the reason is. I asked for his name and the attendant said she doesn't know his real name be he has a fake work name. I am very disappointed and exhausted after a long day of traveling. I would very much appreciate a full refund. Thank you.

A property working on coming back to life. Staff was very friendly and responsive to needs. Property is rough around the edges. Found items in room that were from prior visitors. Rust prominent on metal fixtures near sink. Had a no smoking room that was next to smoking area with air intake, so room was smoke smelling. Breakfast was very much a minimal approach if out. Diningroom lights were missing parts so looked a bit precarious. A property where improvements are obviously being made, but rough details detract from the overall enough to be concerning.

The outside stairwells were filthy and in desperate need of powerwashing. The room although mostly updated snd nice snd spacious had over 2 dozen flies on the ceiling. The front desk was very kind snd provided a fly swatter and said they had just painted the outside of the room door and that was probably the reason. It took us the next two hours snd the next morning to get rid of the flies.

Rooms were clean and tidy, the outside walkways and parking lot were littered with cigarette butts and trash, stairway access was barricaded due to unsafe stairway. Not worth the $90.00 a night I paid

Desk clerk had me on hold for ten minutes while she finished her phone conversation. Her food was sitting there in plain view of customers. The property is filthy and unsafe with one stairwell blocked off by rusty wire fencing. All of the electrical sockets in my room were melted and one popped when i triedto plug in my lap top. The weathersealing in the door is missing and i had the worst night of sleep in my entire life due to the noise from traffic outside. Floor was sticky and i still feel itchy. Gross and dirty. Property needs maintenance and cleaned inside and out. Never again will i stay at this location or maybe any Days Inn.

The room had a unpleasant musty smell. Sprayed with fabreez every day. After about 4 days of spraying the smell relented.

Black Mold in the bathrooms, i could hear the neighbors conversations, and stains all over the sitting chair in the room. Sheets were clean though....

Obviously this place must have had questionable clientele as they had a $200 security charge. While the room was adequately clean, the grounds we very nasty, unkept and not maintained at all. The night staff was not friendly, but the morning desk attendant was otherwise pleasant. I would not have there, but the area hotels were filled and accommodations were limited.

When we checked in we were told the hot water was not working. This was fixed by the time we returned from dinner. Our real concern was we realized the second night that there was plastic covering the smoke alarm. Probably because it was too close to the shower and came on from the steam in the shower. A very dangerous thing to do!

Some what dirty outside. Sink drain was plugged solid. The guy that came scooped the water out and just wiped up with a wash cloth, no disinfectant or even soap!!! Was not able and did not want to use the sink or tub/shower!!! Remained stopped up and filthy!!! They are suppose to give a refund or at least a reduction in price?! We’ll see. Never again!

Good Stay
Clean room, friendly staff. I didn't realize my room was right on the parking lot, so all road noise and cars starting at 5 and 6am were too easy to hear. Bed was very clean and comfortable.

The people were very nice and helpful. The actual room was really beat up (holes in vanity-hole in bathroom door), and it smelled funky. Overall, I would say that my stay was two to three out of five.

Es costoso para lo que ofrecen
Los pueblos pequeños tienen una oferta muy limitada de hoteles, por eso hay que aceptar lo que ofrecen. Yo me quedé 4 noches, nunca le hicieron servicio a la habitación, tuve que pedir gel de ducha. La cama era muy confortable pero la manta estaba llena de cabellos largos y negros de otra persona, eso me pareció muy asqueroso. El microondas y la nevera estaban limpios al igual que el baño. Las toallas y sábanas parecian haber sido usadas previamente, pero eso es una percepción personal, no puedo garantizar que fue asi, no tenian olor a limpio para nada.

Is it possible to receive a refund for a poor experience? Check-in went smoothly. We received the room keys for Room 218. On the way to our room, we passed multiple people who were smoking on the balcony. Isn't there a distance from the building that has to be maintained for smokers? As a result, even our non-smoking room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke because the AC unit was pulling directly from balcony area. We were exhausted and instead of complaining, we just went to bed. Thankfully I'd put the latch over the door because we were woken up 2 hours later by someone who had been given room keys to our room by the front desk. They apologized and left. A few minutes later, we received a call from the front desk asking why we were in the wrong room (should have been 216)... as if we would have broken into a room other than the one we were given keys to? In any event, we spent $100 on a hotel so we could get a good night's sleep, not end up in a non-smoking room filled with second-hand smoke and get woken up in the middle of the night by an accusatory front-desk who handed out the wrong keys in the first place. We won't be returning.

La piscine ne semble pas être en activité. On nous a bien donné un pass pour aller à la piscine municipale mais celle-ci ferme à 19h et ne réouvre qu’à 13h le lendemain. Le petit déjeuner est quasi inexistant. Après cela reste un motel mais pour le prix il était bien moins « équipé » que d’autres bien moins chers et en meilleur état.
