"Very nice modern hotel with surprisingly large and luxurious rooms with great amenities. Even a washer dryer in the room. I did laundry three times! Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was good. Many things to choose from. The location is in a busy area with lots of local restaurants in easy walking distance. The street food at the nearby night market was fun. "

"It’s not your typical hotel experience. Jiangnan House is located in the heart of the Nantou Ancient City, so you experience this contrast of the new and old. The hotel itself is completely open, no indoor corridors, you can see through the whole hotel from top to bottom of each floors. The design is beautiful, it’s very detail oriented and chique. "I liked that the property was directly linked to a shopping center. I also liked that the cleaning lady came by everyday. What I didn’t like was that my room was without electricity for almost a whole day. I contacted the hosts several times but they never responded. Then when someone finally responded they said it would be sorted in 30 minutes. 3 hours later I got the issue resolved. "
