"We stayed here for the July 4 holiday weekend, 2 parents, 2 teens, and the dog. Plenty of room for everyone inside and outside. The kids loved the paddle boards, kayaks, and putting green. The kitchen had everything we needed, and Safeway is close by. We spent alot of time on the deck, enjoying the water view. Highly recommend."

"A very well equipped, tiny home and a beautiful river front view. It is not walkable to anything, but it is certainly centrally located. The staff were super responsive and the extra touches like the bottle of wine, the chocolate, and the coffee and waters were certainly beautifully gracious. The on-site caretaker was very welcoming, and I felt safe traveling by myself. It would be a great spot to bring a croquet set and enjoy a game on the lawn. The little Putting green was fun and the fire pit...

"WE LIVE IN MANTECA AND FIND THAT THIS 20 MINUTE VACATION BUNGALOW IS GREAT FOR US. 85 AND 81. JUST RELAXED. WE USE TO HAVE A BOAT AND THIS IS HOW WE FOUND THIS GREAT PLACE. MY HUSBAND ENJOYS THE WATER VERY MUCH. HAVE RESERVATIONS FOR LABOR DAY CAN HARDLY WAIT."

"This was such a beautiful property located in the perfect quiet neighborhood. The amenities close by were extremely useful and the accommodation were simply amazing. Will definitely be staying here again. Loved the house and the host."

There was a charger a block away where we were able to top off our car before heading home. "We rented this beautiful place for the weekend to be with our dad who turned 100 on Friday, April 4th. We have been planning for months. This is an amazing house with all the amenities and a great atmosphere and lots of space with 6 bedrooms, kitchen and lovely backyard and seating areas. I would love to rent this again sometime and stay longer. Great communication. I have only wonderful things to say about this stay and the house."
