Fabulous get away

I almost don’t want to leave a review because I’d love to keep this place all to myself! We booked very last minute and felt like we hit the jackpot when we walked in the door! It is like a private oasis but close enough to the avenue to walk everywhere. The landscaping is beautiful and the layout of the house is terrific. Every detail accounted for in this home! We’ve already booked our next stay!

Girls trip!

The house was absolutely amazing and perfect for a girls trip. It was fully equipped, beds were very comfortable and the location was perfect. The pool was amazing and the backyard made us feel like we were on a tropical island. The only frustration, not complaint was that the main tv was so difficult to use. Would have been easier for tech savvy people but we managed. Would highly recommend the house for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Delray!

Paradise in Delray

I’ve been coming down to Delray Beach for over 40 years so I know the area well. We absolutely love this home for our family of five! Great location by Atlantic Ave. We spent mornings at the beach and afternoon at the pool. Private yard and it provides everything you could possibly need. We’ll be back next year!

Perfect Delray escape

Great house and location. It was the perfect neighborhood with very little through traffic and beautiful houses to walk by. Very near to wonderful Delray downtown.

Beautiful home but not a great stay for us

This is a beautiful home but, unfortunately, we did not have a great experience. The pool had what appeared to be an algae problem that we discovered immediately upon arrival. Pool maintenance came out twice in next few days but that did not help and pool remained unusable. We had issues dealing with property host to get a resolution (they knew of pool issue before we arrived) and ended up contacting VRBO directly and leaving early. Finally was able to speak with property owner on day we were departing (through the courtesy of the pool maintenance person calling him for us) He was very helpful and he did refund part of our stay. The home itself is beautiful and in a great location. Unfortunately for us our vacation was cut short by lack of a useable pool and no agreeable response from the property host.I appreciate the resolution from the property owner to refund a portion of our stay.

Amazing Location and Beautiful House

We stayed for a month at the Orchid Cottage. First, the location is amazing, such a short walk to the downtown and beach all all the great dining and shopping. The house is roomy, private, and has a great pool. The enclosed backyard was great for our dog, and was very beautiful. Unlike many other rentals we have had, the cupboards had many items that made it easy not to have to shop for everything that you needed for a longer stay. Property manager was great, super responsive, and helpful. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it. Hard to find something so private and relaxed but so close to everything that is great about Delray.

A little piece of paradise in Delray

I cannot say enough good things about this property. The floor plan/set up of the home works perfectly for a family (we brought our parents and kids) or 2-3 couples. The outside space is amazing, the landscaping is just stunning. The lot is SO much bigger than you would guess. We spent the majority of our time in the pool, tons of outdoor seating & umbrellas. They even had beach chairs, towels and umbrellas for a beach trip. Location was amazing, just a couple blocks from the Ave. We loved walking everywhere. Just overall very happy with our stay and will definitely be back.

Beautiful house

This house was perfect for 5 girls. It was very clean, quite and comfortable. The pool is is amazing as the photos. The property manager was easy to get a hold of and responded < 20 min. I would definitely stay here again!

My mother lives in Delray. It was a great setting for her to spend time with her granddaughter. Nice garden and pool setting and nice common area. Great stay.

Relaxing Stay at Delray Beach

The Orchid House is a wonderful place to stay! It is very private and close to everything, including Downtown and the beach. The house has everything you need for a wonderful vacation, we highly recommend!

Amazing

Definitely was so amazing they let us to check in earlier they knew we were running from the hurricane definitely made our stay so much easier didn’t have to worry about anything was very thank we had this house for our family during this horrible time
