Great location and interaction with rental folks was also great. At first we liked what we saw. However, became disappointed with quality of unit for the price we paid. Unit had an overall musty smell. Refrigerator was old and rusting and it’s water filter needed replacement. Microwave worked but didn’t heat properly. All bowls and dishes were plastic so couldn’t even microwave oatmeal. Had to worry about which light switches to turn and couldn’t use fan in 2nd bathroom. Would not recommend for the price point being asked.

Friends getaway

This was the perfect spot for 4 friends to get away. The location is perfection - a couple minute walk to beach and Atlantic Avenue. We lived the outdoor spaces. The second bedroom is small, but does the trick. The kitchen, living area and master are great. Bathrooms nice for that size place. The house has everything you need and the host was so responsive and friendly. I would highly recommend this little gem.

Our first VRBO rental in Delray Beach did not disappoint! It’s a great location on a quiet street just a few blocks from Atlantic Ave. It has a beautiful interior with everything you would need or want. We will definitely book again in the future.

Wonderful week at Cozy Cottage!

Beautiful, clean, and well-appointed cottage between the Intercoastal and the Atlantic. Walking distance to the beach as well as the dynamic Atlantic Ave shops and restaurants. Cute decorations and tucked away on a quiet street. We had everything we needed and more! We would absolutely stay again.

We enjoyed this property tremendously. The details were on point- highlights were the welcome guide to the property, the snack basket, cleanliness of property, and care of the property manager checking in on us. Our family loved it and if we come back to the area, we will stay here or another property manager by this same person. It makes a real difference in a positive way!

Staying away from home while renovations were being finished in our condo

We loved our stay at Coastal Cottage. Our checkin was quick and the house was spotless. We were welcomed with a basket filled with yummies, fresh blueberry muffins and even fresh flowers. Our hostess was very nice and texted us a few times during our stay to make sure everything was all right. We highly recommend this vacation home . 5 ⭐️

Wonderful stay

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in DelRay. The cottage was well-kept, updated, and very clean. We really enjoyed the extra touches like the snack basket, stocked supplies, and flowers on the counter. A quick walk to the beach and a 10-15 minute walk over the bridge at night to get to all of the great restaurants.

Quiet cozy cottage near beach and restaurants

Very well located on a quiet street. 5 mins walk to beach and Atlantic Ave. we were delighted by the fruit, eggs, biscuits and good box left for us. Never had that at other VRBO rentals! Great communication with Nicole. The beach pass for chairs and umbrella was ver useful. Well outfitted. Comfy master bed.

Delray in November

Property was in excellent condition. Nichole had the house stocked with everything including 2 dozen roses! Snacks, fruit, a dozen eggs and biscuits in the fridge. Anything you needed was there. Definitely the best experience I’ve had regarding VRBO. Located in an area that you can walk to everything. Can’t say enough about this place. I’ll definitely return.

Perfect stay

This property was wonderful. Photos did a great job of showing off how lovely it is. The location is perfect for both beach and Atlantic Avenue. A very comfortable home. Nicole from Managing Matterz made everything so easy. The place was spotless, well stocked and she was incredibly accommodating. We would rent this again in a heartbeat.
