Well equipped home

This home has everything you need. From the well equipped kitchen to the multiple beach supplies, this house offers it all. Very spacious and lots of outdoor seating and a nice pier to fish from. Beautiful new built in grill. The host has simply thought of everything. Very nice huge master bathroom with high end fixtures. The house appears to be a little older but they have done a nice job. Nice walkable neighborhood. Easy to navigate and close to stores and only a 8-10 minute drive to downtown Delray. Host is very responsive. The only issue I would point out was the temps. of the pool water. Granted we did not request for the pool heater to be on when we arrived but shortly afterwards. We checked in on Sunday and the pool was not really usable until Thursday. The host made every effort to correct this but it did take a while to get the water where it was pleasant to be in. Overall I highly recomend this property both for location, space and amenities. Would stay here again!

beautiful home on the water

so glad I found this home. it's in a really good location, close by things we wanted to do while we were visiting florida. everything was spotless when we arrived. the rooms were spacious and the pool and upper deck are AMAZING. the owner is so kind and helpful prior to the stay and throughout. we even had a welcome gift. also, since we were visiting with a big family plus friends, the owner mentioned another property she had nearby that the rest of my group was able to rent. so accommodating. it all worked out perfectly and we will be back next year.

Lovely home, good location

We had a nice relaxing time at this property. The backyard is private with comfortable seating for many. The host was responsive with very minor issues (propane, questions) would highly recommend this home. Good location to everything.

Great week!

Our stay was amazing. The only thing that would have made it better would be if there had been a king bed in the bedroom with the en suite bathroom. We had two very minor things come up during the stay and the property management team was extremely quick to resolve. Great experience!

Wonderful house

House was great. Clean, nice pool, great kitchen, good wifi. One of the best parts was dealing with the management company which is sort of unusual but they were so helpful and quick to address any issues we had. Well done Brampton Park.

Family Vacation

The house was wonderful, the size was great. The kitchen the master bedroom and the outside area by the pool were fantastic. I think the other bedrooms could use some updating. Paul Karla ,and Peter were wonderful to work with and I would do it again in a heartbeat. The area in Del Ray was also really great.

Great Delray Beach holiday location

Fabulous house in a great location on the Intercoastal, close to the beach. Wonderful pool, patio and covered outdoor areas. Our grandkids and adult children loved it! It made for a most memorable Thanksgiving.

Great Spot for a Family Gathering

Fantastic experience for all. The pool was perfect for our 11, 12, and 13 year old granddaughters, as well as the six adults. We were celebrating our 50th anniversary with our children and their families and this was the perfect place to do it. The place was particularly well-stocked with basics for living. All we had to buy was the food we wanted to eat. All in all, a great experience. THANK YOU!

Wonderful relaxing time was spent in a great house.

Our family was counting down the days to our Florida vacation in March 2019. We had another house booked that we got canceled by the supposed owner. So I had my wife, five kids, two sisters and a brother in law sitting in a hotel room with no house. That’s when I got in contact with Paul and he took care of me and my family. The next day we were in this wonderful house and enjoying the GREAT backyard. I would highly recommend Paul and any of his properties. When I leave the cold snowy region of Upper Michigan again I will be sure to find this house! People asked us how was Florida and what did you do? Perfect house for a family of six!

We loved this house. The kitchen is fully stocked, including wonderful outdoor space and grill. The pool is beautiful and set at the perfect temperature. The owners have thought of everything to ensure the renter’s will have an enjoyable visit. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Perfect house for a family vacation.

We rented this house for a week with our grown children to celebrate our grandson's first birthday. It is a gorgeous house with plenty of different areas to spread out. We spent most of our time outside. Paul the manager was WONDERFUL and any question or concern was immediately addressed. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The property is well kept and had all the comforts of home We especially enjoyed the master suite with the waterfall shower , the beautiful pool area and spaciousness. It was the perfect setting for our family sharing a long Presidents weekend.

Luxury at it's Finest

From the first time we walked through the door until we left, this property was absolutely breathtaking. The location was perfect, right on the water of the intercostal, so close to the beach and the stores. We were a group of 6 women which was perfect for the accommodations provided. One thing that we loved the most about the house, was how quiet and quant it was within the neighborhood during the day and at night. The management company was very accommodating and answered any and all questions we had prior and during our stay. Thank you for the amazing hospitality and accommodations we really enjoyed our time and will definitely be back again.

Great Property.

The house was great. Loved that it had king and queen beds with 3 full baths. Worked great for the number of people we had staying. It was in a great location, just a few minutes drive to downtown Delray. The house had everything you needed. Fully equipped kitchen. We loved being able to have the option to cook in. House was spacious and inviting. I would definitely rent here again. The manager of the property was accommodating and easily accessible for any questions. Loved working with Paul. This is a must rental.

Great family week staying at this house.

The house was quite nice. Great layout for family gatherings in the living, kitchen, and pool areas. Plenty of storage, great kitchen, and some privacy with bedrooms upstairs and downstairs. Very nice neighborhood. Any needs were quickly addressed. Dock was nice and pretty close access to the ocean. We would definitely rent this house again.

Dream home!

Home is really terrific. All rooms; kitchen and outdoor areas are as depicted in the pictures; however these do not do it justice; the house is much better in person. Used the incredible pool on a daily basis; as well as the outside Grill. We had some normal small issues; both Paul and Lilli were extremely responsive; and very accommodating. Our first time in Delray Beach; and we also thoroughly enjoyed it; with beautiful beaches and great shopping nearby. Would strongly recommend renting this house.

We had a wonderful family vacation at this property. The house was roomy and perfect for our family.

We spent most of our time outside in the beautiful patio area The young children spent hours in the lovely pool. It was very private which we liked. The kitchen was perfect and there were very generous amounts of supplies. We have family in Delray Beach and we appreciated the available parking area. Delray Beach offers an amazing vacation.
