The apartment was clean, comfortable and in walking distance to local restaurants. Parking is in the driveway on a side street. It is very close to SUNY, U of Albany so we were able to enjoy the graduation festivities without a long commute.

Delmar Stay

We enjoyed a delightfully cozy, quiet and quaint stay. This is a very sweet area and Delmar is a lovely little town.

A cute spot! Very clean and had everything we needed! A good spot in Delmar that was conveniently located to downtown Albany! Would stay again!

Wonderful Stay!

The home is beautiful. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect for our family, my husband, son and myself. Area is so pretty and very convenient to shops and restaurants. Will definitely be back!

Good location for Delmar. But the check in process left me having to stay at a family’s house because none of the codes worked. By the time we got in it was the next day.

Great place…Close to Albany

Perfect location to stay until my son got keys to his new place in Albany. Walkable to several restaurants and shops. A park is across the street. I will book it again! Primary bed room is very large. The beds were comfortable. Safe location-police station is practically across the street! I really enjoyed walking around the block.

As always thw home was clean and cozy. I would only note that the bathroom door didn't close all the way. It probably needs a hook ir something to keep ot closed. Other than that the stay was wonderful!

Great location

cozy old home with great wood floors. Updated bathroom and well stocked kitchen. Very clean. Had a great stay, came to visit grandchildren. Pretty neighborhood. Market and restaurants walking distance. we will be back.

Nice place

Nice older home with nice upgrades. Two bedrooms. We had a total of 4 people and it worked out great. Nice area of town across from the police station and library

This property is really cute, very well maintained and it was an ideal location for us, in a nice and walkable neighborhood. It was exactly as advertised. Our only complaint is that the management agency that handles the rental was not proactive with check-in/checkout instructions. We had to ask for both, and we didn't get a response with checkout instructions until 2 hours after we'd left. During our stay, we only had one minor issue (WiFi question) which was promptly and courteously resolved once we called the phone number we found in the listing, after getting no response (within 2 hours) to a message sent in the VRBO app. We were very happy with our experience overall and would stay here again. We just recommend the management company proactively send check-in/check-out messages to guests.
